The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals!
The welcoming lounge area offers plenty of comfy seating and a large flat screened TV perfect for cosy family nights in. Sliding patio doors lead straight onto covered outdoor dining area and private screened pool deck with plenty of loungers and areas to soak up the Floridian sun.
To the rear of the home, overlooking the pool deck there is large master bedroom with large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom featuring dual sink vanities, garden tub and separate shower for ultimate privacy.
There are 3 additional bedrooms that share another full bath.
An additional King bedroom and a Queen Bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk beds sleeping 4 in total, all with ceiling fans for your comfort.
All Bedrooms and the family room feature flat screen, smart TVs with High-speed Wireless internet service available throughout the home.
The home also includes plenty of child equipment such as strollers and highchair for your convenience during your stay.

For guest convenience there is a full size, washer and dryer and Air conditioning throughout the home.
The garage has been converted into a games room complete with Air Hockey, Foosball & Pool tables. Perfect for entertaining all the family!

Required to sign the rental agreement form. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location 4. Pool heat is additional fee if available. The pool heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by local Service. 7. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada.
This will be a self-catering house.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay on the property. Each reservation is backed by a property protection plan. This safeguard covers accidental damage during your stay, removing the need for large security deposits and giving you confidence in your booking.
