There was no hot water at 6 pm or at 5 am. We let it run for over 5 minutes. No hair dryer and no microwave. Hand towels and wash rags were yuk. Bath towels were fine but we couldnt shower because the water wasnt even lukewarm. Fridge was bigger than average and nice. Only 1 light in main area and that was a lamp by bedside. Only a small light by sink.

I appreciated the efficient and accommodating service from the front desk. The location was great for accessing the Silver Spurs Arena.

Overall it was a good stay. Staff was friendly and nice. Only thing I seen that I had an issue with is the room I was in wasn’t super clean.

I couldn’t check in until after 6pm called ahead guy was very rude about, when I checked in around 9pm it was with security rude very poor attitude place had roaches dead and alive, towel were gross and with yellow spots. I just happened to walk by the room next to me and witnessed the cleaning lady remaking the bed instead of changing to clean linens

We had no hot water. For the first night and the only night we stayed. There were helicopters flying very low. Sounded like they were trying to get someone. I could have delt with all that but. I COULD NOT DEAL WITH ALL THE BUGS IN OUR ROOM. Cockroaches and I’ll say 4 other types of bugs. The night stand between the beds. Had so many crawlers all over it. I just couldn’t go back to stay in that place. We ended up finding a different room each night. Spending to much money. I was not happy at all the lady I talked to on the night of the 17th was very rude. When I was trying to let her know what room I was in. Because I told her I was not coming back to that place. She was very unprofessional. I cry just thinking of having to ever sleep there again.

Just hot shower doesnt work well need to leave water for long time to warm up with alot of water waste please fix up water heater as you are renovating the property good stay overall

I usually don't get good service I'm always getting stuck up or on patient People not here it was wonderful the room was clean the bed was so comfortable the staff was so nice the manager respectful friendly kind so yes I would recommend friends and family and I will be coming back anytime I'm in this area

we checked in as normal. There were several security cameras and the actual security guard registered us. She was very nice. BUT as we went to our room, there was an unknown man sitting in a chair. IN OUR ROOM. Felt very unsafe knowing a man can enter our room at any time. Went back to front desk, they said no one should have been in there. He claimed to be fixing our heat but never identified himself as an employee. She offered us another room, two doors down But we declined and left the motel..

There was no hot water to bathe and there was no buckets for ice. The room didn't look well maintained and the phone in the room was filthy. They need to clean up the rooms and make it nice and have hot water for the guests.

The lobby and rooms have been remodeled. Easy parking. Bare essentials in room. Small TV. No microwave but a rather large refrigerator. Probably a place where workers stay when on a distant job? Wish it had a breakfast in lobby. They had a small pot of coffee with sugar & powdered creamer . Had a problem with no hot water, but the maintenance guy was at our door within 2 minutes of asking front desk about this issue. We were on bottom level and hearing everyone leaving early morning woke us up. . All in all,ok for the price. Not a dump,

I booked here because of the positive reviews... When I arrived the two desk clerks were wearing sidearms... I started to question them about this and they replied that it is legal in Florida to wear a sidearm. I drove around the property and it seems on the back of the property they cater to homeless or families that are displaced or evicted from their homes. I previewed my room and their was a sticker on the window that said foreclosure ... I stayed elsewhere ...

Surprise surprise.
Well, I was told when I called the rooms were renovated as other on line reviews were not good. My buddy and I got there and was to have 2 Queens but got a single king. Got another room. If you call a new floor, new sink and new toilet a reno job then that’s what we got. Won’t be back.

Stay away from this motel. First they gave me the key to a room that was already in use. Once we got in a vacant room it just continued downhill. The room itself looked renovated and decent. The bathroom was dirty and gross. Outlet by the sink did not work. No hot water. We were told you just have to let it run. After 30 minutes it was like warm. No trash cans in the room at all. No remote for the tv. Went to the lobby and after 20 minutes was given a remote. Tv still didn’t work. Dog continuously barking in the room behind us. Lady walking the square around the rooms yelling at someone on the phone for an extended period of time. Loud burst of noise and music throughout the night. Zero amenities in the room such as ice bucket (no ice on property), coffee maker (no coffee in lobby either), no hair dryer. When we were leaving, a guy from the second floor hollered down, ‘Hey are you checking out? My boss wants me to get a list. Do you remember your room number?’ Expedia listing said the room was $55. When I paid at check in it was $90. It wasn’t even worth $55 to begin with and at that price I really didn’t expect much but I didn’t think it would be this awful.

The people who left excellent reviews are lying. No microwave, no coffee in room, refrigerator was unplugged and never cooled down. We went up front to get some coffee and the pot was just getting started (at 8 am) and when I came back 5 minutes later the coffee was done but they didn't have any cups. Person responsible offered me their cup....seriously. Room looks clean at first, but then you see the huge cockroaches scurrying about. My son and I were at the Mecum Auction for four days, so location was good but that's the only positive to be said. Security guard mans the front desk-enough said.

Horrible Experience.
I booked a stay in your Hotel through expedia.com not knowing the hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed in. There was no hot water during my entire stay to take showers. There was no room cleaning service, The trash container in the room was as small as a bathroom trash can, The toilet backed up several times. I would never stay here again.

This hotel is beautiful
This hotel is beautiful, very clean, it smells very good, the decoration in the rooms is amazing, they are recently remodeled with furniture made of amazing wood and painted with excellent colors, the room has a lot of space, a/c and wifi are working good , I recommend it 100%. come here any time

Found roaches in the room, more on a damp towel in the bathroom when waking up. There was dog poop on the concrete hall to the room people always walking through parking lot like they lived in the hotel. Felt very unsafe. Never will stay again high do not recommend.
