The Space:

Sunlight pours through the living space as you settle in, with the soft hum of central air and the easy rhythm of a Florida resort community setting the tone. Days here unfold at your own pace - mornings spent planning theme park adventures, afternoons cooling off by the pool, and evenings gathered together after full days out. With space to spread out and comforts that make it easy to feel at home, this Davenport retreat is designed for relaxed group stays.



The space

The home accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and four bathrooms, offering a layout that balances togetherness with privacy. The living area is spacious and inviting, with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for downtime between outings. Air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable year-round, making it easy to recharge after warm Florida days.

Outdoor living

Step outside to enjoy access to a pool, along with outdoor furniture for relaxing between swims. The patio or balcony and backyard offer additional space to unwind, making it easy to enjoy Florida’s consistently warm climate without leaving the property.



Resort amenities

Located within Solterra Resort, guests have resort access to shared amenities including a resort-style pool with water slide, lazy river, poolside cafe, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and recreational areas. These facilities add variety to your stay and offer options for all ages.



Practical comforts

The home includes a washer and dryer, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and free parking on premises as well as free street parking. Self check-in with a smart lock allows for easy arrival, and safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. The home is pet-friendly and suitable for longer stays of 28 days or more.



Location

Situated in Davenport, the home offers convenient access to Orlando’s major attractions, with Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld all within a short drive. Grocery stores, restaurants, and everyday essentials are easily reachable, making this a comfortable base for both short visits and extended stays.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please note, the HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and is not associated with our host charges. It applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on your agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are also must-see destinations. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours.



Getting Around:

Kissimmee Station - 22 min drive

Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) - 27 min drive



Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra Resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
