Florida Holiday October 2023

This was our 5th stay in the Orlando area and definitely the best villa we have stayed in. Clean spacious with lovely pool area and well situated for the parks - would highly recommend.

Excellent house to rent. We felt at home and very quiet

Ken’s home is a perfect house to rent. Quiet place and had everything we needed on HWY 27. I would definitely stay there again

Never has a villa so well equipped, and perfect view from the pool. Ken the host was more than helpful and nothing was too much triuble. Would definitely come back here, as we had such a lovely time.

Great Stay

The Villa was as described, very comfortable and quiet. Full of useful utensils, towels and generally well stocked. The games room was a particular highlight for the kids and the pool was ample. All in all we had a great stay and more importantly it was easy to use as a base for our trip and clean. Thank you

Clean and comfortable, nice quiet community, everything as advertised, Owner is very fast to respond and helpful every time. They have put alot of thought and care into renting the villa, instruction binder and signs throughout. Would 100% stay here again. Thanks :)

Fantastic

The house is beautiful and has absolutely everything you could need in a home from home. It was easy to find and perfectly situated for Disney, Universal and other parks and attractions. Ken was great to communicate with and couldn’t be more helpful. If we return to Florida we won’t stay anywhere else! Absolutely fantastic!

Fantastic Host and Villa

We have stayed at a few Villas in Davenport over the years but this was by far the best of the lot. Lovely layout, well maintained and everything you need. On arrival our host contacted us to see if everything was ok, very nice touch. Villa was in a good position to visit all the parks. This was our first visit during September and we really enjoyed it, a little quieter in the parks. Would go back again in the future.

As soon as we booked the villa we received our first email from Ken. From this point onwards communication about our stay was great. This meant that upon arrival everything was straightforward. There were instructions for the alarm, key safe, rules for the neighbourhood etc. we have visited Florida multiple times and this holiday was for experiences other than the main parks. We spent lots of time researching where to go and the location of the villa made this really easy. This has to be the cleanest villa I have ever stayed in. It was absolutely spotless and had sufficient space for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more) for our stay, eg cool box, ice cube trays, air fryer etc There was an ample supply of towels and detergent to use the washing machine. All four bedrooms were spacious. The pool area was great (overlooking the lake) and the games room in the garage was an added bonus. It was a quiet neighbourhood which included a beach volleyball court and tennis courts. There were some very large birds that hung out here. I have no idea what they are!Thank you for providing really high quality accommodation.

Amazing Villa Near Disney With Private Pool!

This villa was absolutely incredible! The pool area has comfortable furniture and water heat worked great for an early March stay. Kids loved it!! The garage has so many activities it entertained the kids for hours, especially the air hockey table. Rental was extremely clean and in a quiet neighborhood. And just around the corner from Disney!!

Much enjoyed

Very clean and functional. Stayed for 2 months and the pool was great. The only negative is the constant traffic noise from highway 27 which is quite close by. Can’t hear it when inside the house but is quite loud when sitting by the pool.

Great house with helpful host

The house is ideally located for getting around Orlando, clean, spacious, light, and well provisioned. Instructions were provided for all parts of the process by Ken, and when we did have one small issue with the alarm, this was sorted straight away along with a phone call to explain. The pool was nice and everyone enjoyed that. Would definitely recommend for a family trip to Orlando. Thanks.

Fantastic Villa

Would like to say a big thank you to Ken & Carol for renting out their Villa. It was well presented and very clean. The neighbourhood was quiet and was conveniently placed for the parks and local supermarkets and restaurants. The pool was a very good size and we loved the outlook over the lake. We originally booked for 10 nights but wanted to extend by 2 days and Ken was able to accommodate us. Communication was very quick. I have no hesitation in recommending Ken and Carol's villa for a great family holiday.

Home away from home.

We were delighted with our second stay in this lovely villa. The villa has everything we could need for our family holiday. A query we had was answered quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed using the pool everyday, and also enjoyed sitting under the lanai at night. It's taken us 6 years to be able to finally return to this villa, so if you're looking at this now, and your availability aligns with the villas, just book it, you won't be sorry!! Third trip already booked!!!

Lovely well equipped spacious villa with accommodating owners and management company.

Beautiful, well equipped spacious villa. Had loads of practical items such as cool bag, ice packs, washing facilities to name but a few. Also within practical driving distance of supermarket. Brilliant games room and pool. Lovely outlook over the lake with water feature to relax after long days at the parks. Nice touch of the owners leaving a bottle of champagne to celebrate our wedding anniversary! They were very accommodating with the checkout out time and the management company were very punctual with any issues or queries we had. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place close to Disney for families

We had a great time this past week at this villa with our two little kids. The location was 20-30 mins to Disney depending on traffic and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. 5min drive to the nearest grocery store which was very convenient! The highlight for my kids was the pool which was a great size for families and refreshing after a long day at the parks. The extra safety locks on the door to the pool gave me piece of mind with two little kids running around. The hosts were super responsive with my questions and gave clearly outlined instructions before our arrival. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Florida!
