Four generous bedrooms provide ample space for families or groups. The lower level hosts one bedroom with an attached full bathroom, plus a convenient half bathroom. Upstairs, three bedrooms share two full bathrooms, one of which is en‑suite to the master bedroom. All rooms are designed for comfort and privacy.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway - absolutely no parking is allowed on the street.

Tuscan Hills is a beautiful community greeting you with water fountains, topiary landscaping and villas with red tiled roofs. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including a gym, tennis court and volleyball court, and small playground.
If your sport is Golf, then we are close to Championsgate, Reunion and Southern Dunes as well as several others. Regardless of your interests, Tuscan Hills promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family.
Getting Around:
Tuscan Hills is located just off Highway 27 in Davenport, Florida and is only 15 minutes from Disneys main gate. Tuscan Hills is the ideal place for your dream Florida holiday as its within 30 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks, close to shops, supermarkets and lots of restaurants. If you fancy a day trip to the beach you have the Atlantic (Cocoa Beach) and Gulf Coast beaches (Clearwater) within about 60-80 minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
Up to two cars may park in the designated spaces in front of the townhouse entry door, as garage parking is not allowed and the small driveway area in front of the garage is not large enough for standard-sized vehicles. It is important to note that vehicles must not extend beyond the paver area, as even a bumper slightly hanging over the sidewalk is considered a violation within this strictly enforced community. Please be aware that street parking must follow all community rules, and we are not responsible for any towing or fines resulting from parking violations.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
