Galactic Getaway, a fully renovated 8-bedroom villa by Elevated Stays, offers an immersive experience of a galaxy far away. Your reservation includes access to the Champion's Gate Clubhouse and all its amenities. Enjoy the water park (lazy river & water slide), fitness center, theater room, game room, kids area, tiki bar, sand volleyball court, and 36-hole championship golf course which is additional fees.

At Elevated Stays, we genuinely strive to create a unique experience for our guests. That comes with dedicated hospitality from a local crew who settles for nothing less than an unforgettable trip. We do not charge fees for any parking or resort passes. If you wish to use the onsite BBQ grill we charge $40 (plus taxes) to use throughout your stay, this covers gas and cleaning of the grill. The heating services for the private pool/spa are a $40 (plus taxes) daily charge and need to be set up for the entire stay. We need 2 days notice prior to arrival to ensure the pool is heated. The pool heater works through heat exchange (not an instant gas heater) and may not function sufficiently due to external weather circumstances. Occasionally the pool heaters do malfunction, please notify us if this occurs so we can inform pool maintenance. The temperatures are set to 100 degrees for the hot tub and 80 degrees for the pool. Please refer to our legal agreement for more details.

The property management company requires a $500 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on the card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected. Please refer to our legal agreement for more details, which should be signed upon booking.

Our property is consistently booked with back-to-back reservations, leaving us little flexibility to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Our cleaning staff requires ample time to prepare the property for the next guest. We kindly request that you do not expect early check-ins or late check-outs. While we understand that certain circumstances may require adjustments, we can only confirm a late check-out or early check-in 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival/departure if available and a rate of $40 per hour will apply. In the event that the guest has not arranged a late checkout and they have not departed the property on the date of departure, at the checkout time, the guest will be charged a penalty fee as follows: 15 minutes after check-out time guest will sustain a $250 fee, 30 minutes after check-out time is a $500 fee, and 45 minutes or more $1,000.

Also please note that we do not allow any Check-ins/Check-outs on major holidays such as (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)

This property welcomes guests that have a well-behaved & house-trained dog. This requires prior approval, a signed "Pet Agreement" which includes proof of your pets vaccination records, and an additional pet fee of $100 per stay with a two-dog maximum. There will also be an additional dog security deposit of $200 added (making it $700 total). We require all guests read and sign an agreement that states our pet rules, pit bull breeds are not allowed due to community rules.
-Once booked, you must send the property management company all guest names who are staying at the property age 18+, so they can be added to the community gate for access into the community.

We are not equipped like a hotel, and we do not provide a linen service during your stay, although we do provide a few initial starter supplies such as (5) dishwashing pods, (5) laundry pods, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) paper towel, (1) sponge, (1) cleaning spray, (5) trash bags, hand soap, dawn dish soap, coffee/creamer/sugar, vegetable oil/salt & pepper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies during their stay.
