The apartment is located in the beautiful and quiet community of ChampionsGate, this upscale neighborhood offers the perfect destination for your dream vacation, with endless opportunities for fun and adventure at your fingertips.

You can also enjoy fine dining and shopping, or venture out to explore the many attractions Orlando has to offer, including Walt Disney World and Universal Studios; You will find it all in the idyllic surroundings of ChampionsGate.

The apartment is in a gated community guarded 24/7. When you arrive at the residence you will find a security booth at the entrance, you must go through the row on the left side, show your identification and the address of the property where you will be staying and they will give you access.

Once you pass the gate, at the first intersection you have to turn right on Splash Shot street, you will find the apartment on the right side of the street.

One car can park in the driveway, and you will find more Free parking spaces in front of the apartment, you can park in any available spot.

The residence offers Free transportation to the Club Houses and back to the apartment.

You can also walk to `The Retreat` Club House since it is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

We want to get you started on your vacation by providing a few additional supplies, such as:

• As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Items like oil, vinegar, condiments, etc will not be provided prior to check in.

• Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• For hygiene reasons we don`t provide washcloths in the property as they are considered an item for personal use.

• The apartment has a Pack `n play/ High Chair/ Stroller (at no additional cost)
