This entire townhouse is set within the gated Regal Palms Resort & Spa, a well-known vacation community in Davenport, Florida. The home offers a thoughtful layout designed for families and groups who want shared moments alongside personal space, all just a short drive from Disney World and other major Orlando-area attractions. Orlando International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away, making arrivals and departures straightforward.
Living spaces
The main living area brings everyone together with comfortable seating and room to gather for meals or downtime. A dining area and breakfast nook connect seamlessly to the kitchen, creating an open flow for mornings and evenings alike. From the living room, step out onto a small private patio with outdoor seating for two - a quiet spot to pause between outings.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing simple meals at home and includes stainless steel appliances. Whether you are planning quick breakfasts before heading out or relaxed dinners after a full day, the space is set up to support easy, everyday cooking. A washer and dryer are also available for added convenience during longer stays.
Sleeping arrangements
All bedrooms are located upstairs, offering separation from the main living areas.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, providing a private retreat.
Bedroom two includes a bunk bed with a twin over full configuration.
Bedroom three offers a queen size bed.
Bedrooms two and three share a full-size bathroom.
Resort amenities
Staying here includes access to the Regal Palms community amenity center and clubhouse. Amenities include a pool with a slide, lazy river, indoor playground, gym, restaurant and bar, and an ice cream shop. Please note that a mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to 10 people and wristbands, regardless of amenity usage. The resort provides a maximum of 10 wristbands through guest services.
Location & access
The townhome has a private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock. Free parking is available on the premises as well as free street parking. With its central location near major roadways, the home offers easy access to theme parks, dining, and shopping while still being tucked inside a secured resort community.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities. IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
