Fun-Filled Family Retreat w/ Pool and Game Room

★ IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW: ★
• Check-in time: 4PM / Check-out time: 10AM
• Community Name: Champions Gate
• Entrance to the complex is secured by a gate.
• We do provide baby equipment (Pack-n-play and highchair), however, it needs to be requested prior to check-in. For additional ones, there is a fee of $45 per pack-n-play and $25 per highchair.

★ POOL INFO ★
• The pool heat is NOT included in your stay
• Pool heat fee: $30/day (taxes not included)
• Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-day advance notice
• Note: It takes 24 hours for the water to be heated

It is necessary for you to make sure of your children’s safety which includes supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

★ BBQ GRILL RULES ★
The house offers a fixed BBQ grill located in the pool area available for our guests to use. Please see below the usage rules and information:

- Usage fee: $100/stay.
- We do not provide the gas, the guest is responsible for the purchase and installation
- If damages are encountered in the pool area and/or inside the house due to misconduct of the grill, a penalty fee of $300 will be applied
- The BBQ grill and area where it is located MUST be cleaned after usage. A penalty fee of $100 will be applied if the area is found in bad condition (includes trash, oil, debris, etc.)

Please note that the quantity above is provided only for your first day of stay. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
