Hi Shanna, Thank you for your feedback and review. I do wish that you had reached out to us during your stay. We would have gladly brought over any pans that you may have needed or felt were lacking. I apologize for that inconvenience as sometimes things like that may go unnoticed by our pre-arrival inspection team. However a quick message to myself or guest services could have solved that particular problem. I also apologize for any trash that may have been on the side of the house. They do inspect that as well but based on timing it could have been missed. If the garbage bins are not closed all the way and any bags are exposed, the florida wildlife will find it and make quite the mess. Again, thanks for the feedback and we will do all we can to improve based on your comments.

Allow me to clarify a few points. The house undergoes professional cleaning after each stay, including laundering all linens and towels. The towels hung by the pool were solely for convenience and were laundered like all others. Additionally, all bed sheets are washed and beds made after every visit. Regarding the water issue you mentioned, it was a result of a guest causing a flood in the upstairs bathroom. Our plumber thoroughly inspected the plumbing and found no leaks; instead, excess water from an overflowing shower or toilet seeped into the bedroom ceiling below. Rather than taking responsibility for the damage, you sought a refund and attempted to tarnish the villa's reputation. We take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences and promptly addressed the issues raised by guest services the morning after your message. While we strive for excellence, perfection isn't always feasible. We're committed to resolving any issues swiftly and ensuring each guest enjoys their stay to the fullest.

I'll talk with the management team about not having enough towels and wash cloths etc. That shouldn't ever be an issue and I apologize. We will also address the other items you mentioned. We do try to keep the kitchen well stocked and provide was is needed even for larger groups. We are sorry that you had that experience. The property is treated for bugs and pests professionally on a quarterly basis. We do all we can to provide a clean and bug free property. However it is Florida which provides a perfect environment outside for bugs and pests. Leaving doors open like the sliding glass door to the pool area makes it all too easy for them to enter the property. Again we are so sorry for your experience and thank you for your feedback.
