The customer service was incredible! The shuttle took 40 minutes to get us from the airport, other than that it was all great! I do wish that there was complimentary breakfast but they did have breakfast available for purchase! I loved the room, the bed, the pool, and free cabanas. I hope to stay again

Hotel is very close to airport. They do offer shuttle transportation however, I couldn’t reach their front desk to schedule airport pickup. A Hilton representative connected me to a sister, neighboring hotel and they were able to give me a ride from the airport to this hotel. There are many restaurants in the area that are walking distance. The cookie upon arrival was delicious. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bar on the first floor has great happy hour deals. I didn’t go into the pool however it is heated if you want to take an evening dip. The breakfast tasted good and was affordable. I 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again!

Reported to the front desk that the shower head had some kind of build up inside of it that got all over my skin. Showed them pictures and i was offered a free breakfast for the inconvenience. After speaking to the front desk for a while they changed my room in which the room they out me in did not have any hot water. Completely disappointed in the experience i had at this hotel and with staff resolving my issues.

I could not believe that the hotel charged people to park at a hotel they were staying at!! And that breakfast was not included in the stay; it was extra. I will not fall for that again. I went on Expedia to save money and it cost me more anyway. They will never see me there again; I learned my lesson.

Interior balcony so neat! Airport pick up was fast and convenient. Pool area was very nice and had a Starbucks inside, my teenager loved that. Many walkable restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in need of updating. Our first room was very smelly. An unpleasant odor from the vent (mold?) Old carpets. Beds were comfortable. Hotel is clean. They moved us from our first room and upgraded us. Great location.

I did like when I asked for 2 cookies 1 for me and 1 for wife. The black girl at desk would not give only 1. I told her my wife is on the shuttle bus back to airport. She said that she couldn't because she needed them up coming guest.
