I arrived at 915pm. The door was locked and no one was at the front desk. There is a window bell which I rang multiple times. I waited for 25 mins before someone came in and he apparently was out of the bldg because he came walking up and went in thru the side door. He was polite and checked me in quickly after he finally got there. The room door was jammed really bad and I basically had to kick it in to gain access as well as close it to be able to lock it. The room had roaches both dead and alive, crawling around on the floor, nightstand and table where the TV was. The sheets and towels were stained and had hair in them. Although we were tired as hell there was no way we could comfortably rest in that room and opted to drive 3 hours back home.

The assigned room was dirty. What looked like blood stains on the mattress, all 4 pillow covers were filthy with what looked like makeup stains. The staff at check in assigned another room after informing him of the room conditions. The second room was just as filthy and with stains on pillow cover and bed sheets! I have pictures that proves the conditions of the room and we had to accompany ourself at the nearest Hilton! I want a full refund!

The staff had no customer service experience at all. They do not know how to speak to the customers and all they want is to keep your reservation so they can get paid. They are quick to call the police without talking to the customer. This hotel is run by people who live and work there so they do care to give any type of customer service.

Genevieve, I am sorry you found our hotel to be rough as we are not. We do have the signs up in the breakfast room because we have had guests that would wipe out the breakfast foods for other meals and then leave uneaten items in the rooms which we would then have to throw out. We try not to be wasteful.

Our recent two-night stay at the Days Inn Hotel was satisfactory. The staff were polite and accommodating, and check-in went smoothly. The room was clean apart from the shower area but it had the basic amenities we needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a decent variety to start the day. Overall, the stay met our needs, but it didn't stand out as exceptional. It's a decent option for a quick, no-frills stay.

The floors were filthy, the air conditioner was blowing dirt and dust. the bed sheets definitely were not change after the last guests...half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and the toilet hadn't been cleaned in ages. . The sink in the bedroom was dirty n sticky I had to wash it with wipes before we could use it. They only reason we stayed was it was late and we were all tired.

I had a work trip and this hotel was close to my the work property. For the short time it did a good at providing me with a safe and nice place to crash after the shoot. Great service and support form the local employees.

Our room was not the jacuzzi tub room I had booked, the fridge wasn’t plugged in and had mold growing on the inside, Our smoke detector kept malfunctioning throughout the night, our floor had a broken ice machine and the floor below you had to play for the ice and the drink macho was broke as well. I’m upset I spent $108 for the condition everything was in. I regret spending the money and time at this hotel. The lady at the front desk was very nice though.

There were stains all over the bedding, and there were also bugs on the beds. I checked in, went up to the room, and walked right back down to the front desk and checked right back out. And they still charged me for the full 3 days! What a joke. It was disgusting!! What a rip off! $300 something dollars down the drain. I asked for my money back and they said the decision was up to the manager, and they weren’t there. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE, EVER!!!!

Joshua, we apologize that you were not pleased with your room. However,you were in the room for an hour and a half before coming to the front desk to check out. The room had been inspected prior to your check in and upon your departure both times we found no evidence of stained bedding or bugs in the bed.

We got three rooms for family members. Two of the doors would stick and have to be slammed very hard to get them to close. The room was not very clean, the mattress was sagging, the bed made a noise every time I got up. There were no tissues in the room. They did not clean while we were there and didn’t tell us when we checked in that this would be the case. Only one ice machine was working on the property and none of the vending machines worked. When we asked the attendant if there were any working machines on site, he simply answered “no.” My husband went down one morning to ask for more coffee for the room, no attendant was available. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was surprised to see the Wyndham name associated with the poor condition of this hotel.

They lied about early check in and charged me extra to check in an hour early knowing I was there for a funeral and had to get cleaned up and dressed . The place was dirty. The pool was closed . The outside was filled with drunks

DISGUSTED WITH EVERYTHING
It was horrible. We checked in n found out there is no wifi, only in the lobby-there is no complimentary breaksfast- the room eas not clean-the pool was dirty and dark tunnels to get to your room, not to mention the area is not safe at all. My husband walked next door and the workers told him he shouldnt be in this area at night. They own the pawn shop with guns n even close at 6pm

We are sorry that you weren't satisfied with your stay. We do offer a light Continental Breakfast from 6am-9am. Unfortunately with the weather we had over the weekend with the wind and rain,we were unable to service the pool.We don't have tunnels. We have outside entrances to our rooms and the lighting is on a timer. Again with the rains,it was dark earlier than normal. If you had any issues with your room,had you brought it to the attention to the front desk,we would have been more than happy to take care of your issue.As for this area being unsafe,it's actually very safe. We have had no issues with any crime on our property even with us being off a busy highway.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY !!! It’s in a sketchy part of town. The place was dirty. The staff were terrible. When we got there we asked to see a room ahead of time as we were not at all happy with what we saw on the property to begin with. The room looked ok so out of desperation because it was evening time by then we said we would stay. As we started the check in process, the employee wanted to see both of our licenses, which we showed him. He then proceeded to turn around and put them on the copier and we said No Way! He said it was for “police records just in case something happens.” So that didn’t sound so great to us. He then showed us a binder of customer receipts with a copy of their licenses attached in which sat on the back counter. We said give us our licenses back, reverse the $75 deposit, and we are not checking in and left. We felt it was too risky being there for two women and identity theft was a big concern that anyone at any time could go in that binder. We booked another room at a different hotel and called Expedia right away. They called the hotel and they refused to give us our money back because it was beyond the time to cancel. Expedia called again this morning and they refused to give us our money back because we cancelled because we wouldn’t let them copy our licenses. I will also be contacting Days Inn corporate and report this sketchy hotel for requiring our licenses be copied and stored at the front desk for anyone to access.

I would like to start with saying that we are not in a bad part of town at all. Fern Park is a suburb of Orlando.The reason we do make a copy of a guests licence on their registration form is for proof of identify for their stay. This is done in order to ensure all guests are accounted for and that we have an accurate record of who is in each room in case of an emergencies or if the sheriff's department is inquiring about someone.The binder the front desk agent showed you,which he shouldn't have,are those of people who have been trespassed from our property due to damages and behavior.

This place is a dump......The room was ok with a newer bed for myself...... my employee had roaches in his room and had to move rooms. The back parking lot was seriously sketchy and we had to park in the front due to safety for our vehicle

I wouldn’t stay here again. First we were put in a room that only had a sofa bed in it. I booked a room with 2 Queen beds. Then he put us in Another room that was already taken! We finally got into the room we booked. It wasn’t clean - felt dirty and didn’t smell good. The whole property felt dirty
