This home is located in the Retreat at ChampionsGate! 3rd Largest Lot in the ChampionsGate Community!

This home is absolute luxury! Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a large driveway and a great spaced out lot! On the first floor, you'll be greeted by an incredibly spacious living area, kitchen, and dining area, sure to leave the entire family in awe! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to craft any meal for your trip, with a beautiful bar area to enjoy any meal! On this level, you will find two ensuite bedrooms, housing a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, and a full and twin bed in the second bedroom. The dining area has seating for up to 10 at a stunning glass dining table, overlooking the living room with enough seating for everyone in the family for your convenience. The game room inside the garage is where you'll find toys for the kids, a foosball table, picnic table and even seating available to watch and enjoy the fun!

Traveling upstairs, you'll find a pool table to put your skills to the test, in addition to a gathering table. Billiards not your game? Enjoy a drink or some snacks while cheering on the "ace" of your group from the gathering table! If you're looking for other forms of entertainment, look no further than the theater room, with luxurious seating for up to 9. Also upstairs, you'll find the remaining six bedrooms in the home, the laundry room, and the remaining three bathrooms of the home.

Looking for more ways to enjoy your stay? Head back downstairs to soak up the sun at this home's private pool and spa, or to the game room inside the garage where you'll find toys for the kids, a foosball table, picnic table and even seating available to watch and enjoy the fun!

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! The Champions Gate Resort area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Champions Gate features resort amenities such as a lazy river, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, restaurants, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Yes the only problem was the baby roaches that were present we were all little uneasy did not want to take any that could have gotten in our bags home overall the house was nice.my mom says her mattress was not that comfortable. I was in master downstairs and I slept well on that one Host was nice and did offer to have exterminators come

The house was beautiful and immaculate. Communication and check in excellent. The only issue we had was the AC had to be set at 74 degrees, and no lower. The house got quite hot at night. This wasnt disclosed until after the rental agreement was signed.

Family Vacation

Sunshine Time

Weather was great. Unable to get into the home at first due to the code being miscoded. The staff was great & came right along. Pool needed to be cleaned and no net to self help. Had to buy our own HDMI splitter for projector to work for streaming. Bedding was fresh & clean. All the bathrooms were clean. Would definately recommend a get away at this home.

NYE Trip

We enjoyed the house super roomy. The only thing were the beds especially ones downstairs super squeaky. Refrigerator and another minor thing of kitchen cabinet it was till the 3rd day that they fixed.

College Softball Trip

Group of parents stayed at the house when traveling to watch daughters’ college softball team. Enough BR/Baths for each family. Clean, spacious. Nice grill and outdoor space. Pillows, some linens, outdoor furniture could use a refresh but house covered our needs and worked out well.

The customer service that I received from the property management was very bad and disrespectful... I did complained about it and asked if they have a complaint reference number... The representative of the property management I was talking with said to me, she will get back to me... but never did get back to me. Property management (customer relation) need serious improvement on how to service their guests... on what they say and how they say related business issues... they need some educated and polite representatives out there But still... We enjoyed our time there!

Beautiful home NEEDS Maintenance

The home was gorgeous. however there is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done duch as : need to replace furniture, paint/clean dirty walls, tighen fixtures, add a lock to the screened in porch, clean white furniture, add more towels ( more than one towel per room) add pool towels or ingorm gest to bring pool towels, need new freezer DOES NOT FREEZE ( fan is slowly stopping) allow the house to be set at 73 instead of 75 ( the upstairs was 80 degrees according to our baby monitor). The property managing team was extremely helpful but those items need to be fixed to make this home a 5 star rating

Weekend getaway

Overall it was a good stay. There are a couple of places that could use a fresh coat of paint, one of the upstair bathrooms had mildew on the shower curtain, there was some trash on the front porch when we arrived, and the pool table had a leg ready to fall off which made it wobble. There was lots of room for our group of 12 and it was comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the clubhouse. Some in our group were unhappy that the thermostat is locked at 74 degrees. They thought it was too hot, but that is personal preference. There seemed to be box fans in all the bedrooms if you get warm, and it is probably a bigger issue upstairs than downstairs. One tremendous benefit is parking. This home has a long driveway and there was plenty of room for four vehicles. Most homes in this neighborhood do not have that and parking can be an issue if you have a large group. Would I rent it again? Yes, but because there are so many options in Orlando, I would probably look for something else first.

Exactly as described

We had a great stay here. We had an issue with AC upon arrival, we sent message to afterhours chat and it was resolved immediately. House is as described. Lots of extra bells and whistles...they have TONS of kids things. I suggest this house for families or groups of adults. There is the normal wear and tear on the outdoor stuff but that is Florida Sun and Rain for you. Great property will return in the future!

Definitely a no

The current state of the property is not as shown. My most important gripe about this place is the fact that there was a leak in the bathroom which was a safety hazard and no one from the property management nor the owner reached out to let us know. We didn’t care if they didn’t find out about the leak until an hour before we arrived someone should’ve contacted us to let us know about the situation and offered a refund so that we could try to make other arrangements, if we desired too. We would have never rented that property if we knew of that situation. For the entire seven day stay we were without one of the bathrooms. And the bathroom roof was leaking while we were there because it’s Florida, so it rains a lot. Overall, we had an issue with the cleaning. When we first arrived one of the bathrooms was locked because it needed to be cleaned because of a different maintenance issue. We did not get access to that bathroom until the next day when someone came and cleaned it, so that was another bathroom that we had an issue with. The pool was dirty when we arrived, there were toys and paper and hair in the pool, so we couldn’t use the pool the first day. We had to wait until the next day when someone came and cleaned the pool. It’s understandable that there’s going to be some wear and tear because there are multiple people in and out of the place. However, there were dents in the walls, the walls needed paint, the outside pool cushions were dirty, and there were torn chairs outside the pool area. The place is wor but it needs work and it needs a better review of cleaning before renters come into the property.

Dirty house

The house is a beautiful home. It’s just dirty/nasty. Whoever is doing their house cleaning needs to be fired. I’m not sure why they have white furniture in a rental but it need to be clean asap. Especially the curtains omg they are filthy. I was scared to touch the light fixtures bc they are so dirty. We washed our sheets and blankets bc they had stains on them as soon as we arrived. I have never been to a rental where they didn’t give you any face towels. This was an 8 bedrooms house. They only put 1 face towel on each bed🤦‍♀️So off to Walmart we went in the pouring rain to get towels. So please bring your own from home. Lastly the roof leaked. Omg water was everywhere upstairs. The owner refused to fix it according to the roof guy who finally came our last day to look at it. The house has an odor so we figured it was from mold or mildew due to it’s been raining inside. I ask for a refund discount due to inconvenience of mopping up water and couldn’t use one of the upstairs bathroom bc it rain everyday in there. I hadn’t received a response yet and I call or email daily asking.
