~ AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old unless prior approval.



~Please note that the pool requires 24 hours to heat. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $50 pool heating fee. ****Please note that due to the weather condition, outside temperature needs to be at least 56 before the pool heats up. Please let me know THREE days before your check-in you want the pool heated. Pool heating is required for the entire length of the stay.
