Encantada Resort has a great amenity package including a state-of-the-art clubhouse with fitness center, business center, kitchen, a day spa, arcade room, and theater. The clubhouse faces a lake, and guests can enjoy the community swimming pool, the kids' playground, restaurant & bar, and other activities during their stay. The community is situated on US 192, that gives easy access to major Florida highways (Hwy. 429, I-4, and US 27). Great location to explore all the surroundings, such as restaurants & bars, shopping malls, nature trails and conservation areas, vineyards, and the world-famous attraction parks: Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Fun Spot, Legoland, Kennedy Space Center, and much more fun!
Impressive Mediterranean style defined by clean lines and natural colors. The ground floor has an open-space that is warm and inviting. Guest can enjoy having great times on this integrated dining/living room w/ Sleeping Sofa and preparing delicious plates on the modern full-stocked kitchen. All is facing the screened patio with a spa and sitting area. The main level also features a half bathroom and laundry area with Washer and Dryer.
The upper floor features two bedrooms consisting of the Master Bedroom with a KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom, and a bedroom with two TwinSize beds and en-suite bathroom.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.
We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.
We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.
