The Space:

Step onto the covered balcony and let the morning set the tone - palm-lined fairways stretching out ahead, the golf course quiet and unhurried, a cup of coffee in hand and nowhere to be just yet. This three-bedroom condo inside gated Reunion Resort gives families and small groups a comfortable, well-equipped base for Central Florida adventures, with enough space to decompress when the theme parks are done for the day.



Living space

The open-plan living area flows easily between lounging and gathering, with a game zone tucked in for friendly competition after a full day out. Multiple TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi keep everyone entertained on slower evenings, and a dedicated workspace means those who need to stay connected can do so without disrupting the group.



Sleeping arrangements

Three private bedrooms sleep up to six guests comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the two remaining bedrooms each offer a queen bed - giving every guest their own space to recharge.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and all the cooking basics you need to put together a proper meal. A dining table seats the group for shared breakfasts before heading out, and a washer and dryer make longer stays or back-to-back park days that much easier.



Bathroom

Two and a half bathrooms provide plenty of room for a group to move through mornings without a queue. Essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel are provided, along with a bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water throughout.



Comfort & connectivity

Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep things comfortable regardless of the Central Florida heat. Smart-lock self check-in means a smooth, flexible arrival on your own schedule - no waiting around for keys.



Outdoor & community amenities

The covered balcony doubles as an outdoor gathering area, offering a calm vantage point over the golf course whether you're catching the morning light or winding down in the evening. Within the gated community, guests have access to a pool and gym, with free parking on the premises.

Reunion's gated setting brings the quiet of a resort community without sacrificing convenience. Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios are just six miles away, while the surrounding area offers a wide range of dining, shopping, water parks, airboat rides, and local attractions across Central Florida.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire condo along with access to select Reunion community amenities, including:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, spas, fitness center & linear park

-Homestead: Pool, wading pool & spa

-Carriage Pointe: Pool & spa

-Heritage Crossing: Two pools, wading pool & spa

-The Terraces: Pool, spa, gazebo & pavilion

Liberty Bluff Playground & Dog Park

-Grand Traverse Parkway playground & outdoor fitness area





IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a beautifully maintained gated resort community known for its golf courses, walking paths, and relaxed atmosphere. The area combines resort-style living with quick access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, water parks, and outdoor adventures throughout Central Florida.



Getting Around:

The community is gated with 24-hour security for added peace of mind. Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the community parking area.



Other Things to Note:

The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every arrival to maintain high cleanliness standards.



A damage protection option is required before check-in:



1-night stays: $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorization hold)

2+ night stays: Choose between the refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20/night (max $100)



Check-out is at 10AM. Unauthorized late departures may result in additional fees due to housekeeping scheduling and incoming reservations.



This is a self-catering property, so supplies are provided only as starter items. Bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and one roll of toilet paper. The kitchen includes limited essentials such as trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Laundry detergent is provided for up to two loads. Coffee is not included. Please notify us promptly if any essentials are missing upon arrival.
