We are minutes from Disney World/EPCOT theme parks and our home makes for the perfect location for all theme parks in the Orlando area. šŸ˜ 10m to Disney, 20m to Universal, 15m to Legoland, 20m to SeaWorld, 15m to Wild Florida and there are so many more we will send to you for booking with us !
We try to strictly cater to Moms and Dads bringing their family to the parks for the first or second or even third or fourth time.
Our community only allows for short term vacationers, so it provides a safe, peaceful and enjoyable vacation so you'll have some fun in the sun! Our community is gated and professionally landscaped and cleaned. (please see the fly through video)

Our home is clean, newly furnished, has 4 bedrooms, 2 master suites, 2 en-suites with full beds.
Our kitchen features Brazilian Granite countertops and an exquisite Spanish dining table. There is also a dining table with 6 seats by the pool and 4 lounge chairs as well.
Central Air and Heat. This will be the easiest vacation you'll ever take!
We can offer information on excellent restaurants in varying price ranges that the locals go. We can offer information on all parks and great fun in Florida.

The location was great such a short drive to the parks, grocery stores and anything else you wouldā€™ve needed. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood and most important, the host was absolutely fantastic. She made sure that we had everything we needed before we got there.

This VRBO was far below cleanliness standards. Every room was filled with thick dust-on the walls, ceilings, air ducts, fixtures, etc, as if theyā€™d not been cleaned in a year or longer. Every room had spiderwebs as well as live & dead spiders. We found dead dried up frogs thruout the entire home. There are bugs live as well as dead in every cabinet and drawer (kitchen & bathrooms) The walls, trim, blinds, cupboards, doors and tables are covered in sticky unknown stains. The walls around the toilets are especially dirty with feces and or old blood/vomit splatter (absolutely unacceptable) The garage (game room) was completely unusable due to the amount of cobwebs and bugs. The garage door seems to be cracked on one side letting wildlife in. Showers are in desperate need of bleach. Light bulbs were burnt out, Keurig in kitchen will not brew. Luckily a smaller off brand coffee maker sits next to it and brews 1 cup at a time.The smaller master bedroom hair dryer lit on fire and filled the place with smoke. One of the master beds (quilt & mattress cover) had large crusty yellow stain. Absolutely disgusting. The pool was not cleaned or maintained the 4 days we were here, nor did It look clean when we arrived.

Nice place good communication with manager. Very nice pool. Needs handles to help people in and out. Same with spa and showers. Needs updating. Couch is unsittableā€”terribly uncomfortable. Other chairs just as bad.

Good location

The owner had great communication the whole trip. The gated community is nice and quiet. There are stores and restaurants close as well as quick and easy access to the parks. The house is nice, lots of rooms and beds. The pool was a nice touch and clean. We were looking forward to the heated jacuzzi, but it only had jets and stays the same temp as the pool. Overall great property

We stayed in mid October. The pool needs to be heated so itā€™s warm enough to swim, and needs to be paid before arriving so it has time to heat up. The host communicated well and was very responsive.

10 years of Disney trips

This was our 10th year in a row to Disney. We usually stay on site but, after this trip, we'll probably only stay in homes. Having our own pool was so nice! The boys loved the game room. The location was great... super close to the parks, food, the outlet mall, grocery, etc. The owner was so easy to reach. Great communication. We plan to stay here again. 2 adults and 3 kiddos - 1, 7, 10 years old

Very nice home!

The home is very spacious and clean. Groceries & food is nearby, didnā€™t have to drive too far for much of anything. The owner is SUPER nice and very helpful. I would most definitely stay here again.

Great location, good home, lovely pool

After a rather Rocky start, because of poor communication, things started to move smoothly. The owner was very prompt after that and all issues were addressed with 100 percent satisfaction.. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Only issues we had were that the couch is either broken or poorly designed. Nobody could sit on it comfortably. When we arrived the patio door was off track and didn't work and because it wasn't our property, shouldn't have had to repair but we managed to get it on the track. The only issue with the door was that it wouldn't close all the way, so had to constantly go back after the children. Overall was a great stay. Family really enjoyed our stay and the area high grove is extremely safe and quiet.

Great home great location and great host

House was amazing and just like it was in the pictures. Pool was great and they even had a Bluetooth light bulb where you can connect to it and play music from your phone. That was a nice surprise. The host was remarkable constantly staying in contact even though she was on a trip herself she made sure everything was good for us and that we had a worry free stay in which we did. I can't keep speak highly enough about her she's amazing. Choose her you won't regret it!!!
