Whether you're here for the parks or just need a base where everyone can unwind, the layout makes it easy to spread out and settle in.

 

Living space

The heart of the home sits on the main floor, where a bright living room with TV opens directly onto a balcony - a natural spot for a slow morning coffee or a cool evening wind-down. The dining area flows right off the kitchen, keeping meals and conversation in the same easy orbit.

 

Game room

On the ground floor, the converted garage has been transformed into a dedicated game room with a pool table. It's the kind of space that draws everyone in after a long day at the parks - no screen time required.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts before an early Disney start to full family dinners. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and wine glasses, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table brings everyone together, and the kitchen is stocked with an initial supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, and kitchen towels to get you started.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The master bedroom features a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and its own private balcony. The Avengers-themed bedroom sleeps kids in style with a full bunk bed and a double bed - built for imaginative nights in. The Mickey Mouse-themed bedroom offers a queen bed with a touch of Disney magic. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers are provided throughout.

 

Bathrooms

Two bathrooms serve the home, including the master ensuite. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Note: a hair dryer is not available at this property.

 

Laundry & practicalities

A washer and dryer are on-site, along with an iron and clothing storage - handy for longer stays. The home includes Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, and free parking on premises. For peace of mind, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place. A Pack 'n play/travel crib is available for families with little ones.

 

Resort access & location

As a Champions Gate resident, you and your guests have access to the community's resort facilities - including a lazy river, quiet pool, splash zone, gym, poolside jacuzzi, movie theater, volleyball court, tennis courts, a community game room, tiki bar, and an on-site restaurant. The community is gated with 24-hour security.

Walt Disney World is roughly 20-25 minutes away, with EPCOT and Disney Springs both under 30 minutes. Universal Orlando Resort and Universal's Volcano Bay are around 35-40 minutes out. Orlando International Airport is approximately 35-45 minutes away.

 

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Initial supplies - including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels - are provided. For longer stays, you may need to restock essentials along the way.
