Flott hotell med særpreg, og god beliggenhet. Nært til outlet, restauranter og Disney parker. Store familierom, og gode senger, men litt lytt mellom rommene. Pluss for to store takterrasser, men de var dessverre ikke møbelert. Flott lite bassengområde og vakre sittegrupper ute løftet hotell opolevelsen. God frokost, og hyggelige ansatte. Vi overnattet kun en natt, men hotellet kan anbefales.

A nice and nicely decorated clean hotel. The room had a view of the pool. It is near a park with attractions. The staff is very friendly. The only complaint is the room service. We asked for our towels to be changed, but they didn't until the end of the day, so we had to go to the reception and ask for a couple of clean towels, and then they immediately sent someone to clean our room at 7:30 pm. I believe there was some misunderstanding. On the last day, the cleaning lady came to clean the room in the morning around 9am even though we had the right to check out until 11am. And she came 2 more times to ask if we were going out, which was not pleasant at all.

We loved staying at the castle hotel in Orlando. We were there to enjoy the parks and really liked the fun style of this hotel.

Not sure if my stay was up season or low season I found value for price and would seek this property out every time. In my opinion now would be the prefect time for upgrades before the property starts to trend downward

We absolutely loved this hotel and property! It was beautiful! The location is perfect and there is lots to explore on the property as well as the surrounding neighborhood. Literally steps away from icon park. Tons of dining options although we loved everything we had at the castle. We were there five nights, and loved every minute of it, the adults and kids! Absolutely loved it, sure hope we get the opportunity to go back one day!

Excellent location. Several dining, shopping, and entertainment options within walking distance. We booked an insanely good deal on this room for 2 nights, for our 21st anniversary. Our room happened to be located across from what must have been the AC vent for the entire 4th floor. It was literally nonstop the entire time we were there. You could feel & hear the pressure change when opening or closing the bathroom door as well. I’m certain there are better accommodations at this hotel, but given our great deal we must have gotten the short end of the stick. For that rate, however, we would still stay again. Overall, that location is superb and worth booking a room. Try to get a good deal, but maybe not too good of a deal just to make sure you get a mid-grade room rather than low.

Location is good and convenient. We stayed 5 nights, they never cleaned our room until the last day in the morning. The cleaning lady knocked on our door 3 times (8:30am, 10:00am, and 10:15am) even though I told her to come back later around 10:45am on the first knock! We had to call the front desk ourselves to get some clean towels on 3rd day after we came back from the theme park. Also, sometimes the water in the toilet keeps running, which is very annoying.

Beautiful hotel, we loved the castle theme ! We were only in Orlando for the night to get my daughter to a test/procedure at the Children’s hospital the next morning so our experience was short . The staff was so welcoming and pleasant . We were accommodated with a late checkout so that my daughter was able to take a nap and shower before the long drive home which really made a difference for us ! The room was clean and comfortable and there was a great view of the Orlando eye from the rooftop terrace ! The hotel is within walking distance of some great restaurants as well as Icon park . Just read the fine print on the room service menu as the 10$ brownie turned into 22$ after charges . We would definitely stay here again !

Such a pretty place.
It was honestly such a nice hotel to stay in. Everyone at the front desk was so nice and the room looks just like the pictures. It was a good walking distance to the the eye so I can’t complain.

Hotel was in a great location and parking was super easy. The only con was that the carpets in the room were a bit damp, but that could be because of the humidity outside. Overall, we loved the hotel and we will stay here again.

When you ask for room service to clean, you will need to ask again and again and again and then you might get it. The housekeepers act like they do not understand English and then start speaking English. Housekeepers need further training on customer service and when you service a room do your job not half- ass.

Loved staying here! It’s such a unique building and it looked so pretty inside with the Christmas Decorations. The room was spacious and comfortable. No complaints whatsoever, would definitely stay again. It was a perfect last-minute stay to celebrate our anniversary!

Excellent overall. I didn’t like they charged me for the parking spot and the room services supervisor tried to open my door so early in the morning as there strategy to kick me out early. Breakfast was delicious for a fear price.
