There is also a cozy loft area upstairs with a large smart TV where the family can gather as well. This fabulous home truly has something for everyone.

POOL HEAT:

Pool heat is available all year for additional fee of $50 per day plus tax. A 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool . Pool heat must be turned on during the full time of your stay. A $25 non-refundable trip fee if guest asks for pool heat day of arrival or throughout their stay*

Other Things to Note:

Renters will need to sign our rental agreement in addition to paying a $65.00 non-refundable payment for incidentals authorization and damage waiver along with a copy of I.D is required prior to checkin.



Windsor Island requires guest's to be registered in order to enter and use the amenities. Prior to arrival the primary renter will receive registration questions that must be answered in order to register guest's.



Please note that if you have any additional guests or visitors that were not listed and are added during arrival, there may be an additional $25.00 per name.
