Beautiful house just 12min from Disney World!

Beautiful house with excellent location! Just 12 minutes from Disney World with easy access to the 192 that will take you to many more attractions, theme parks such as Sea World, Universal Studios, water parks, restaurants of all kinds, golf, shops (Ross, Target, Nike) , supermarkets (Walmart, publix, Aldi), in addition to having a quiet, prestigious and comfortable area for your vacations in the city of Kissimmee.
The space
This beautiful house has 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths

Days before your visit we will send a file with the instructions for check-in.
The house is totally independent, this means that you must bring all the supplies that you will consume or use during your stay. this includes food, drinks, toiletries, etc.

HOUSE RULES
- Minimum age 21 years to make the reservation
-NOT SMOKING is a strict rule VIOLATION $500 FINE. Smoking is allowed outside the house with windows and doors closed, there must be no cigarettes or smell in the house, otherwise the fine will be charged.
- Parties are not allowed
-Check-in from 16:00 pm to 10:00 pm
-Check-out before 11:00 am, if you go past the hour you will have a surcharge of $50 per hour
- The cleaning of the pool is done once a week by a professional company, if you are in the pool when they come, you will have to leave so they can do their job, their service usually takes 30 min.
- GARBAGE: please take out the garbage a day before and place it in the containers of the house in large bags, because if they do not do it, they do not take it, there are 2; one with a blue lid that is for recycled garbage such as cardboard, boxes, plastics, etc., which is collected on Wednesdays and the other container is for non-recycled garbage, this is collected on Thursdays, both containers are located in the outside of the house.
- LOST: We are not responsible for any item left on the property by guests, as a courtesy we will notify the guest by email about the item found and we will retain it for up to 30 days so that the guest can pick it up or send it to them as they wish .
- $12 surcharge for lost or damaged towel
- 10 guests maximum
- Parties or events are not allowed
- Surcharge of $100 per extra person than allowed
EXTRA (only if requested)
- Pet stay (only up to 60 pounds) $120 per week
-We will not be responsible for packages delivered by platforms or online purchases

Overall good place. Carpet on stairs and upstairs needs cleaning. Ant hills noted inside. Pool clean. Could use a bit cleaner couch and lots of dust noted on furniture. Also, could use an ironing board.

House was in a great area near shops and restaurants but still quiet for us to unwind after a busy day at the parks. Host was very responsive and check in and out instructions easy to follow. Pool was great!

Wonderful!!

You will not want to leave this property. We want to stay at this house/ property every time we visit FL in the future. *Pros: Two floors, amazing location with little traffic yet essentials and grocery stores nearby, high ceilings, just enough items inside- Don't have to worry about the home feeling cluttered or items breaking. Good master fan & AC system. COMFY beds, pillows & couch. *Cons: Bring your own TP in case you run out or low (between five of us for one week, three rolls didn't last), bring your own coffee, bring own laundry detergent, bring your own ice trays and bring your own pool items. Perhaps bring beach towels as well. No quality chairs outside to tan or put feet up. No pool heating.

Good Location / Easy / Meets needs

I want to write a review that people can see and understand what we saw/experienced. We enjoyed our stay. - Overall the place has basic updates. Sinks/toilets/hardware/tile/kitchenware/utensils/flooring/faucets/appliances - they are all broken in and basic or contractor grade and the place is worn down a bit or well lived in depending on your view. - The backyard is fenced in around but open to the front. - Overnight the backyard neighbor leaves (did while we were there) their backyard lights on and these are bright enough to where you can read in the master if you open the blinds. - The garage is available for parking in. - The place does now have several pots and items basic for cooking. - The AC unit is upstairs and limited to a low of 70. - The beds are firm and comfortable. - There are several ways to get to Disney from the place. - Neighborhood is generally quiet and safe. - If you mistype the passcode to get in the house, don't touch it and wait 30 - 60 seconds after it calms down. It's a great place for pets and kids and has a bit of privacy (although there are gaps in the fence at places).

Just perfect

Price was reasonable. Very quiet nice neighborhood. VRBO staff and owner were all helpful and prompt. All functions of the house were functional and in good working order. Just a perfect rental and location.

Great location to Disney!

Jean Carlo was a great host and very communicative throughout the entire process. We ended up taking a flight a day earlier due to an impending snow storm at home and he was able to accommodate to have us book and stay the additional night. The house was in a great location to get to Disney parks and also great proximity to Target, supermarket, gas stations, restaurants, etc. We read reviews in advance and were fully aware of needing to buy extra paper towels, toilet paper, washer detergent, etc., so that was not an issue. The house was comfortable enough for me, my wife and infant daughter, however it definitely could use some updating (carpet, pool area furniture, shower heads, washing machine, etc.). We were excited to have the convenience of a washer and dryer to do laundry, however when we attempted to do a load of laundry with Tide detergent, the clothes didn’t seem to come out clean and we had to wash the same load twice to ensure they were clean. Also, we experienced issues trying to fill the bathtub with hot water for a warm bath and it kept coming out cold. It would also be nice to have a table to sit and eat outside by the pool area or some nice lounge chairs, instead of just two plastic chairs to sit in. It would also be nice to have the option to heat the pool (even if it’s at an additional cost), as we weren’t able to enjoy the pool in February due to being out at the parks during the day time and too cool at night to swim in the cold pool water.

Family vacation

Finally brought the kids down to Florida. The house was easy to find, clean and comfortable. Attractions were close and neighborhood seemed safe and family oriented. The only issue was lack of toilet paper and garbage bags. Past homes I’ve stayed in have had plenty of supplies but I couldn’t find much in this house. Not a big deal, just frustrating it wasn’t stocked.

Great house and perfect location

My family and I stayed 2.5 weeks. Everyone had plenty of space and was very comfortable. Quiet area, occasionally we heard neighbors outside being a little rowdy at night, but that's to be expected (people like to have fun). I messaged the owner with any issues that came up and they responded within 24hrs. We would definitely book it again if we get a chance.

Vacation with family

I had a problem getting the information for check in from the owner, but in his defense, he was never told that we rented his home. Once he found out that we had rented it, he apologized, offered me one night stay back, explains the house was not clean. He sent the maid out the next morning she cleaned, but left the dirty dishes that were there in the sink. All in all the house was very nice. There was just two bath towels, downstairs two wash clothes and one beach towel. They were a few extra towels upstairs for baths I went and bought wash cloths, and some towels for showers. The kitchen had one pot with a Dutch oven one skillet and that’s all that was there to cook with one bowl,there were plenty of dishes and silverware. I had to go buy a few items for the kitchen because they were just nothing to cook with. I would suggest you bring extra things unless you want to go buy them all in on the home was gorgeous was very comfortable swimming pool was the great hit with the children. I am handicap, so I was unable to use the pool because I did not have handrails to get in and out with, unfortunately but I would highly recommend the home the owner John Carlos was very polite very nice offered everything he could to try to make things right I would highly recommend and we would stay there again The low star rating was more about Verbo, not telling the owner that we were on our way.
