Beautiful 4 bed home with private pool/spa, 2 master suites, 15 miles to Disney.

Beautiful villa located in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing south facing pool and covered lanai area, perfect for relaxing whether returning from a day at the parks or a day exploring all that Orlando has to offer. The south facing pool is unshaded year round. The covered lanai provides year round shade for those that want to stay cooler.

There are two master bedrooms with in suite bathrooms. Both masters have newer Casper mattresses. The other two bedrooms each have two twins beds and are whimsically themed making them fun for kids; one is Mickey Mouse, the other is Harry Potter. All 4 twin mattresses are also newer.

The villa has new flooring in all bedrooms, dining and living room.

The fully stocked kitchen and living area include a breakfast nook and formal dining table which combined can seat 10 people. The kitchen has new stainless appliances. For your convenience, the kitchen includes a Keurig, a Ninja, a kettle, a toaster, an air fryer, a small crockpot, and a spice rack. There is a game room with an air hockey/pool table and foosball. The rooms and living area are spacious and the home is equipped with many extras for your use including a pack n play, a small umbrella stroller, a larger stroller, a large cooler, and a high chair. There are also chairs and an umbrella that can be used if you want to venture to the beach.

Located half a mile from Publix and 6 miles from Walmart. There are also many restaurants and fast food places within the same distance.

*Pool heat available upon request for an additional nightly fee between October and March.

*Please note that there is driveway parking for two vehicles. There is a driveway security camera as well as a camera on the side of the house to monitor the pool filter pressure. It does not have a view of the pool area.

*We provide starter supplies, including: a toilet paper roll per bathroom, a bar of soap per bathroom sink, 3 trash liners, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 laundry pods.

*Villa may not look exactly like the photos as we are constantly replacing and updating décor, etc.

Love the house and the we used the hottub every day. Everything you need is present. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean dryer and washer. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. And yet not far from the parks. We are returning guests (3 times). The owners quickly responded and were very helpful. We needed extra nights because our flights got canceled twice because of snowfall in our country. They were very flexible and we could stay two more nights. How lucky we were, two bonus days in a great house. We truly felt welcome.

Couldn’t use the pool at all. Never did get hot enough. That wasn’t a major problem but the hot tub heated on a timer and when we returned to use it we had to turn it back on and it took over an hour to even warm up enough for us to use it. home was supposed to be fully stocked but did not have any paper towels, Kleenex or shampoo.

Good Family Place

It was just as listed, and very clean! But I deducted points because there were zero extra trash bags, toilet paper rolls, paper towels, dish soap, etc… it was a fully furnished home with no cleaning supplies, but they require the trash to be taken out, the dishes to be cleaned, other standard Check-out cleaning Requests. We stayed for a week, so we had to buy trash bags and dish soap and all that, so we could check out cleanly. On the other side, I contacted the owners multiple times and it was always an IMMEDIATE response! The house was very clean and practically across the street from Publix (grocery store).

A really nice home

Stayed for a week and the house was exactly as we expected. The owners left lights on for us which was great as we arrived later than anticipated due to delays. I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old, the house is not 'childproof', that is not a criticism just something for those with little ones to keep in mind, as my boys will open every cabinet and pull any wire that they can find, they also bonked themselves on the glass table in the living room (again that in no way reflects anything negative towards the house). The beds were comfortable, I personally found the pillows a little too thin but I just took another from a different bed and that helped. The pool area was great, we made great use of the clothes tree that they had outside for drying, and there were plenty of towels. The hot tub was excellent, the pool was a little cold, but I contacted the owners and they were very helpful, & increased the temperature which helped a lot. Did have an issue with the pool alarm on the door, it would alarm every time I opened the doors even though the buttons had been pressed. This just meant that I couldn't go swimming after the kids went down to sleep, as one of the alarms sounds in the main bedroom. One of the alarms did also start going off even when the doors were closed. I called the number on the notice posted on the wall but nobody called me back. Was hesitant to do anything with it but it wouldn't stop so eventually we got it to work properly. Enjoyed our stay here.

It was perfect for our family. The pool table/air hockey was a huge hit with my boys. We loved the pool after a long day and the hot top was amazing for relaxing our feet. We will be back!

Great stay

The house was plenty big for 7 people. Very clean. Loved the hot tub and pool. Had everything we needed to cook meals. Kids loved the themed rooms. We have a big Harry Potter fan, so that was a plus. Food and grocery within minutes. Disney and universal within 30 minute. We will definitely look into booking again if we come back to the Orlando area!!!

Great layout and location but some amenities were missing.

The location of this home was perfect for various activities in Central Florida we were participating in for a long weekend. House was perfectly laid out. There was some dirty laundry that was left and there were no basic amenities (dishwasher pods, paper towels, shampoo, etc) but the host reported that may be due to a new property manager. We made due without, no problem. We could not put a load of sheets in the wash upon exiting since there was no laundry soap either. Minor annoyances. Overall, it was a great location and the host was super responsive.

Family home

The house was great very clean if anyone stays and wants to cook need to buy everything no food supplies. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the carpet area in the door ways or where the carpet meets the tile flooring i cut my foot on the tacking a couple of times walking around barefoot need those areas fixed they did hurt other than that it is a beautiful home nice for families to stay in

Clean comfortable stay

House was clean, beds were comfortable and roomy. Didn't have enough time to swim. The only thing I noticed were there were little ants throughout the house . The amenities we were only provided with one trash bag, one toilet roll and paper towels.

Great Home in a Great Location

If you are looking for a house close enough to Disney parks but a bit beyond the hustle and bustle of Disney this is a great location. The home is near groceries and dining if needed. The house is not overwhelming in size which was perfect for us and great for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable. The host was extremely nice and easy to communicate with and responded very timely to any question. The host also had their property manager on standby if anything was needed. The house has all of your basic kitchen needs for any type of meal one would wish to prepare. Seating for eating is sufficient as well. The pool and spa is a nice feature to enjoy. The communication was fantastic from booking to the actual end of our stay.

We had to wait a few hours because we were given the code to house. And there was a lot of trash from the previous occupants and the trash bins were over flowing with so much trash mostly alcohol bottles ,cans and pizza boxes. The inside was immaculate comfortable beds and furniture all the appliances worked and were clean. Great pool . A really nice place to enjoy while visiting the Disney Parks a quiet nice neighborhood. I would recommend that home for any family visiting Disney world . Thanks
