The host was good even though we had a misunderstanding. The home was beautiful and very nice. The only complaint that we had was that there was cat hair in the kitchen. Other than that, I would definitely recommend renting this home.

Ok stay

For the price you can’t complain. But I will say that the house can be updated. Downstairs master bedroom has a crack in the roof and it leaks from the bathroom right above. There’s mold lining in the bathroom seals as well. Living room area can’t accommodate a family of 10 or more. On a good note the neighborhood is quiet. Clubhouse bartender was super sweet. The pool at the house was fun for the kids to play in.

House was spacious

We had a total of 15 people stay in this house. There was plenty of room! The pool was a great place to relax after walking all day in Disney. The house is about 20-30 min away from the Magic Kingdom. My complaint is the house wasn’t very clean. The microwave had food all on the inside and the stove had left over food on it as well. The upstairs bathroom had mold in the window seal. The downstairs bedroom had something sticky on the dresser. I would have given this house a 5 star but they do need to do a better job of cleaning.

Staycation

Upon arriving the house has great curb appeal. Once in the home it was surprisingly different. We were a party of 5, and were surprised by the appearance. The sectional had 2 large stains and there were various areas throughout the house that seemed over look. There were flies in the house, found small roach behind the stove, TV was not working and the garbage cans outside were full. The pool was great , although the outdoor furniture did have some wear, tear, and mold. This property has awesome potential it just needs, some work. The property manager was attentive when called regarding checking- code was not provided. Overall we made the best out of our stay.

The best yet

The stay was great, host was very understanding of our needs, place was clean inside and out, great location, check in was a little rough, guard man was to friendly just like family on arrival and leaving. I recommend this place to all my family and friends, try it out for yourself.

Super!

Super bel emplacement. Quelques petites problématiques au début, mais dès que nous avons informé le propriétaire tout a été mis en place pour réparer ce qui ne fonctionnait pas. Super bon service!

Ok Property

This house is pretty big and comfortable, but a few things need to be pointed out. First of all, it needs some serious cleaning all over, including the sheets and towels which I had to wash before use upon arrival. There was no laundry detergent when we got there (a couple of pods were delivered the following day). The garage/game area has not been cleaned in a long time. ALSO, none of the TVs worked either because the cable box didn't work or the remote controls had no batteries (it's not like we travel with batteries). A tech was sent the following day to check the issue and confirmed the cable box was bad, so we had NO TV throughout our stay. Finally, some lamps in some rooms didn't work so the lack of lighting was a challenge at night.

Great time

We had a family vacation and ther were 12 of them s in total. There was enough space that no felt that we were on top of each other during the trip. The pool and the hot tub were amazing. I was completely excited that the kitchen had a sufficient amount of pot and pans as well as different appliances to use. If we had any issues the property manger/owner were very responsive. Overall a great experience.

Very nice, peaceful

Lots of room, very comfortable, just one set back.. we killed a lot of flies when we first arrived, trash cans were left at front of the house and whoever was there last allowed the flies to come in, we moved the cans to the street and no more flies.

Our large family loved it!

We had a family of 16 people and a baby and this house accommodated us wonderfully. We had plenty of space to either spend time together or get away and have quality time with just your spouse. The drive to and from the parks was easy and we would stay there again in a heart beat. Also check out the clubhouse pool, bar/snack shack, and mini golf course 😁

Very spacious house

Very spacious house, basically has two wings on the upper level which is very nice if you have multiple families together. The pool is in the sun the majority of the day, plenty of pool towels are provided. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom which is normal and it was quality TP, 4 dishwasher tablets which is twice as many as I’ve gotten at other homes. Two washer tablets which is two more than I’ve had from other houses. We had a couple problems but they were dealt with very quickly when I communicated the problems each dealt with within an hour. I am very appreciative to the owner and the property managers with their communication and responsiveness.

Not good at all

Unfortunately, the only word that keeps coming to mind is “cheap”. But before the “Beware List”, we walked into a house with tile floors that had been cleaned with STRAIGHT, very strong cleaning fluid. I HAD A HEADACHE FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN FOR A DAY AND A HALF. And for context, we had a three-night stay with 6 people. Here is what we encountered: • 1-Ply toilet paper, 1 roll per bathroom. (4 bathrooms, 6 people, three days, three nights) • 1 small roll of chincy paper towels for the kitchen (6 people, three nights) • 1 small bottle of liquid dishwashing soap, that had been cut with water. • One kitchen garbage can with NO EXTRA LINERS, really??? • Two dishwashing pods (again 6 people, three days, two meals a day, you do the math) • The ICE MAKER IN THE FREEZER DID NOT WORK • No basics in the kitchen like salt, pepper, sugar, or spices that were left from previous guests, you know, like every other VRBO or other vacation rental at which I have ever stayed. • One baking sheet. • The spa only got up to just above lukewarm. • The beds were unconscionably hard and the linens were atrocious. • Though the home smelled as though it has been cleaned, it wasn’t very clean at all. The home needs a thorough deep cleaning. • There are no bedroom fans, so the air is stagnant. The owner puts a note of fiction on the air conditioning telling you not to put it below 72 or it will freeze the air coils. (If it does, the owners are not putting the money into the house to have a quality rental. If it doesn’t, they again are being incredibly cheap. Either way, they are limiting your enjoyment so that they can be cheap). So beside the list of cheapness above, you should know that this location is awful. You are near NOTHING. You are an hour of tough traffic to Disneyland/Epcot. You are two hours from any beach and all associated activities. So other than that, I don’t know why anyone would stay here for location. The 4 FWY that services this community is the only artery to anything else in Florida. It is EASLY the worst road to travel in the state. (I live here in Florida.) If I were actually on vacation, that road alone would wreck my vacation. So in summary, if you want to bring all the stuff from your house to another house so that you can go on vacation in a burb near nothing in particular, this is a great place for you. If not, might try something else.

Review

Due to the times, the original vrbo house I rented was too large so downsized to this home at about half the price. This home is older and does have some wear and tear. There was a friend from outside that munched on a couple bananas but that issue has been rectified. An issue we had was the dishwasher didn’t work. We contacted the owner and he had someone out the next day (it needs to be replaced). The owner offered to reimburse us for paper plates. We had plenty of towels for our 6 adults and 5 kids and had washer and dryer available. Due to a miscommunication between the owner and cleaning service not enough toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and laundry pods and dryer sheets were left for our use during our 2 week stay. Once again the owner reimbursed us for those items and inconvience. The pool and surrounding area are great. All in all we had a good stay and our housing needs were met and had good responses from the owner.
