Hidden costs
$$ daily resort fee, $$ daily parking, amounts were not fully disclosed. Wouldn’t allow me to post resort fee or daily parking. Be sure to ask the exact amount when booking. Convenient with 2 slide ‘water park’ and lazy river. Several pools. Close yet far from Disney World. Even though they had shuttle to DW, it was limited to 3 times/ day.

Will be returning
The resort is nestle in a quite area of Orlando, and very close to disney. The pool and water park that they offer were as described. Hubby and little man loved the arcade when the rain showers came. Our room was a perfect size for a family of 3. We where able to watch some of the disney fire works from a distance on our back patio. There are plenty of things for family to keep the little ones busy. Loved it.

Best Vacation Ever
This place is AMAZING!!!! It was the BEST stay we have ever had in Orlando! We were absolutely in LOVE with the Grove Resort and my husband and I vowed from this vacation on to never stay anywhere else again in Orlando! Seriously the most amazing place, and we had the greatest time! From checking in, to the on-site staff, to the actual condo (which was clean, updated, and had the most breathtaking views), to the water park, restaurants, etc. there is no way you will be left disappointed! We had our 12 year old who appreciated her own room, and my toddler who had tons of space to run around! My Husband and also enjoyed drinking a glass of wine at sunset on the enclosed balcony! It was beyond relaxing! There is also several grocery stores within 15 of this location, where you can take use of the fully equipped kitchen (which again, is literally equipped with everything you need) Disney is also very close...we loved being nearby, yet having a little distance from “busy Disney”. My family already decided this is where we want to be for Christmas so let the countdown and planning begin! Can’t wait to be back! Thank you again for the best vacation ever! P.S. The room delivery pizza is soooo good!

nice well maintained fun place for families
Nice location, well maintained facilities. Good family place. My 5 and 3 year old kids lover the Surfari water park. Rooms are clean, spacious.
