This was my third time staying. They are now an official Disney property resort and you can do early entry to parks!! Only downside is the transportation to the parks. You have to make a reservation and they run every hour. We did Uber most of the time to the parks. Staff was super nice!!

We knew it was under reno's so we expected some inconveniences. Jessica and one gentleman, front desk, were very helpful and polite. The other front desk staff were hit or miss. A few didn't appear to want to be there, and indifferent. The lady at valet was very helpful and nice. Pool facility was nice and clean. The pool bar was open the first couple of days but disappointed it was closed the rest of the time. Food and service at the restaurant was really good. Cool environment ! Coffee shop was good, nice service and yummy treats. Rooms were clean and nicely renovated. Pillows weren't comfortable, some old ones. We gave it 3 overall because of front desk staff. It just lacked energy, especially for a Disney family hotel. Except Jessica and the male. We called ahead and were told that laundry services were available and packed based on ability to wash clothes. Very disheartening when the laundry room was empty. Overall it was a nice stay, with potential once Reno's are done!

First at all the hotel is going through the major renovation and it’s very noisy and dusty in the common areas, especially in the restaurants. There is no mention about that in any of the descriptions on e Second there is no tennis courts anywhere on the premises. The name of the venue is very misleading. The stuff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast in the restaurant was actually really good and reasonably priced for Disney and having a shuttle to the Karla was very helpful.

This Hotel is very clean, the beds sooo comfy annd the shower was great!The people that work for this hotel is very courteous,and helpful. They made my 60th Birthday very special! Only thing I didn’t like was paying for the parking and the sound of the highway noise.

Absolutely loved this resort! After long days at the parks coming back to rest was so nice and the people truly made your days at every encounter. Jessica Rubin at the front desk was extremely helpful! Karren the bar tender went out of the way to make sure we were taken care of and Raymond at the restaurant started each day with a smile! Loved the property and the room. The hotel is being renovated so I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t use the spa but I knew that going in. There was one elevator working which was kind of a drag and my room faced the highway which was noisy at times. All in all, for the price and the lovely staff, I’d definitely come back again after renovations are finished

The staff were very all friendly lovely. Hotel rooms is clean and ved are made daily with water bottles provided. The hotel is walkable to Disney Springs, about 15 minutes stroll. 2 aspects that might needed improvement was the facilities is going under construction, the pool and the laundry, we weren't communicated beforehand. Also, instead of taking all payment at once, B hotel seems to take it day by day, take some bond, refund some later. It gets confusing and hard to keep track of money going in and out.

My friend and I who stayed here loved it! The only thing that was an inconvenience though was we were trying to go outside to use the balcony and the door had a stopper on it :/ but other than that we will definitely be staying again!

Staff didn't care about the customer experience about the stay. Expedia did not state the pool and spa was in construction. The staff said it did and just told us to walk to a different hotel and back for pool (in our wet clothes?) It seemed that there was lot of staff on training. Not worth the cost without pool and spa.

Lovely hotel and price for a one night stay was unbeatable. One of the few hotels in Disney Springs that doesn’t charge a resort fee! Everyone from the front desk staff to Alex, valet, were friendly and so helpful. We ate at the American Kitchen Bar and the host/our waiter, Christian, was fantastic. We are annual Passholders and usually stay at Disney properties, but would not hesitate to stay here again.

The property is newly renovated but very obvious that they tried to cut corners to reduce costs. It’s an old hotel with a bad facelift. The lobby and pool area looked great, staff are fantastic, shuttle is convenient and easy to use, but don’t expect a brand new hotel! As long as you have the right expectations (we did) then you won’t be disappointed! We weren’t dying to rebook but wouldn’t mind if it came down to it. The rooms were huge and unfortunately the bed was incredibly soft (we personally prefer firm).

If Price wasn’t an issue, I’d choose to stay here every time at Disney! Beautiful room, super clean, so convenient to Disney Springs. Loved everything about this resort!

Property has been updated nicely. Lobby feels good and staff are kind. Not as walkable to Disney Springs as I had hoped. Felt like a long walk at the end of the day after parks. Pool still not open and construction was a little inconvenient but resort fee was waived so that felt fair. Would definitely stay again and the pool area looks almost complete and will be very nice.

The property is well taken care of, and the new amenities will be gorgeous. Unfortunately, they weren't completed/opened yet during our stay. My only knock was that our room's A/C was not blowing cold air, and the bed wasn't the best. The bed is firm, and the pillows were no good. The staff is amazing. The location is perfect for tourism activities and the place smells amazing.

When in my hotel room you could hear the noise from the highway really bad. Had only one working elevator which was so slow. I feel like pool renovations should have been done by the end of April. Rooms are good for the amount of space. Not sure I would come back and stay here unfortunately.
