We had a few issues at check-in--quickly resolved by contacting a back-up number. Apparently our host had phone issues and did not respond.Once we were able to get through the gate all went well. The condo was in good shape from a cleanliness standpoint. Furniture had quite a bit of staining, but easily overlooked because it was comfortable.The condo was spacious for a one bedroom. Kitchen well outfitted with pots, pans, utensils, knives and even baking pans/pie plates and plenty of bowls for mixing. Be aware that you will need to bring any spices, including salt & pepper, oils--there were none available. There were plenty of coffee filters, potholders and mitts along with dish towels and dish cloths and plenty of bath towels.There were complimentary shampoos, conditioners and hand soaps for the bathroom along with a small supply of dish tabs, paper towel and toilet paper--as expected with a condo rental.The unit was close to the quiet, unheated pool and a short walk to the heated pool, fitness center and clubhouse. This is the only building (10) that we saw which had no balcony or lanai.Bed was comfortable and space worked well for two. Large bedroom and living room closet with plenty of pool towels available. Washer and dryer worked great as did the dishwasher. There is NO icemaker in the fridge. NO TV in BR.This is a second floor unit and the bathtub is quite shallow and no grab bars. Overall great stay--booked for next year in a first floor condo.
