We went to a concert at the KIA center and the property was within walking distance. It’s located across from the performing center and there were many restaurants nearby. They upgraded our stay for free and gave me a rose with macarons on Mother’s Day. It was a great place and I’d recommend it to everyone.

So we been there before and we liked it so we came back.
This time we came in the go to bed and we find that the way the bed was set looked a bit strange.
We opened up the blanket and saw under it the sheets were wrinkled and we find human hair on the bed.
Called the front desk and he came took pictures and gave us new sheets and pillow cases he said he is going to report it to the manager cause it was late took my number.
I checked out this morning and no one call me yet
Now we disappointed and I would like my money back for the one night I was there.

The staff was so amazing from checking and to the special attention to detail. Our complementary margaritas upon our arrival. I felt like royalty and I’m a Hilton honors member and never received service like this ever. Valet were exceptional brought us a cart and packed it. Went to the concert and they asked while we walked in if we needed any thing like towels and to let us know that the dinning is closed but they know some place that are still serving food and they could give us a list. So very thoughtful and kind to go the extra mile. We are never staying anywhere else and we come to Orlando for business often. The staff and management are ignorant. I didn’t even stay at the property because they didn’t comply with Expedias guarantee.
