The 8004 property welcome K9's for a fee. There are no bowls or extras for them, so pack them. But, good part about taking your fur baby is that the community has doggie bags on the many sidewalks & trails for them. The house is large and has many rooms for a big family. The beds were not comfortable, the house was not clean, the carpet was dirty, there were several things that were broken (lamp shades, broken chairs, screens, paint of different shades, lanai was dirty, lots of scuff marks on walls, shower doors were not sliding properly etc.). The grill in the photo is available for a fee. The pool is heated for a fee, the pool hot tub does not work or bubble at all. The neighborhood is really nice, but to use the gym and clubhouse you pay a fee. The host was nice and communicated quickly with me. I did receive the rules and fees reminder several times and days in advance. In the kitchen you have salt and pepper. The Freezer was frozen over and leaked water. The kitchen does have dishes and pots, which was great for a Easter meal. I really would have liked the home to be cleaner, because it was such a Wonderful community.
