Welcome to your Reunion retreat! This spacious 6-bedroom getaway is designed for family fun, group gatherings, and easy resort living. With room for up to 17 guests, this home blends stylish modern finishes, playful themed bedrooms, and a private screened pool and spa for the perfect Central Florida stay.



The Space:

The main living area feels bright, open, and welcoming, with a large sectional, a big smart TV, and plenty of room for everyone to relax together. The chef’s kitchen is set up for easy vacation meals with white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with seating for five. Whether you’re making breakfast before the parks or enjoying a slow dinner at the eight-person dining table, the space is made for gathering.



Step outside to your private screened lanai and enjoy the best of Florida living. The backyard features a sparkling pool with an attached spa, lounge chairs, outdoor seating, and alfresco dining, all wrapped in a screened enclosure for comfort and peace of mind. It’s the ideal spot for morning coffee, afternoon swims, or winding down after a busy day. Upstairs, the fun continues in the Mickey-inspired media loft, giving everyone one more place to hang out, play, or catch a movie on the plush sectional.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire House during your stay. That includes all 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!



✦ What We Provide:

Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.



✦ Pet Policy:

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.



✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of $400 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.



✦ Age requirement:

You must be at least 21 years old to book with us.
