Solterra Resort is a vacation community in Davenport, perfectly located with easy access to outlets, restaurants, and supermarkets, ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests. We do our best to make this place spotless clean and cozy guaranteeing a truly magical experience.

From a double-sided fridge to a Drip Coffee Maker, we have thought of everything. The bedrooms are a haven of comfort and style, featuring a TV each and a high-quality mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. Located downstairs, the first bedroom shares a bathroom with a common area, making it ideal for those with mobility difficulties.

Upstairs, among the four additional bedrooms, two are spacious suites, all of which have been impeccably decorated. We've meticulously designed every detail with your comfort in mind, creating a unique atmosphere and experience for your guests. Immerse yourself in the magical world of the Harry Potter-themed room and become a wizard like Harry. Step into a galaxy far, far away, where you can relax, dream, and escape into the Star Wars-themed room. Club facilities (resort fees applied): 5,600 Square Foot Clubhouse; Fitness Center; Pool Side Lounge with outdoor fireplace; Pool with beach entry; Pool Water Slide; Lazy River; Cafe Sol Bar & Grill; Poolside Cabanas; Solterra Play Zone; Solterra Club Trail; Tennis Courts. There is a one time-fee per house per reservation to use the community amenity center ($35 for a group up to 12 guests).

This place enjoys a prime location that is close to theme and water parks, shopping outlets, restaurants, supermarkets, music venues, and many tourist attractions. Guests can also enjoy natural attractions, adventure sports and much more, ensuring themselves and their family of an unforgettable, entertainment-filled vacation.

Guests can park 2 cars in front of the house. Street parking is only allowed in marked spaces with a guest pass displayed.

WELCOME PACKAGE: We provide a starter kit as a courtesy for your first day. Our starter kit contains:

*Please note that we do not offer washcloths, considering them very personal items. We recommend that you and your guests bring any additional items for an even more enjoyable trip!

RESORT FEE (optional): There is a one time-fee per house per reservation to use the community amenity center ($35 from 1-12 guests / $45 for 13+ guests). The fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.

POOL HEATING: USD $50.00/day. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (24 hours) to your arrival.

Disclaimer:
No specific pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter general when days are short, pool heaters may struggle or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer.

Without optional pool heat pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during or after Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.

Unfortunately, we are unable to activate/deactivate pool heater on short notices or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service.

We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit will be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.

HOUSEKEEPING: Although there is no daily housekeeping, the unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee. Your comfort is our priority!

ONLINE SHOPPING: You can shop online during your stay but some delivery services may not accommodate deliveries to vacation resorts. Please contact us before placing orders.
