REGAL PALMS RESORT AND SPA: Situated across the street from Highlands Reserve Golf Course, this gated resort community is 10 miles from Walt Disney World Resort and 19 miles from SeaWorld. Regal Palms Resort and Spa offers a two-acre swimming complex, with kiddie pool, slides, lazy river, spa, and a health club. A bar and grill are located on site. Regal Palms is walking distance from Publix Supermarket, Applebee’s, Sunday Fish and Chips, Linkster’s Bar, Mia Pizza, and several take-out restaurants. A daily resort fee is charged by Regal Palms Resort and Spa. The daily resort access fee is $20 per day plus tax per group. No exceptions. This fee has nothing to do with CFRM Villas.
