Either Florida coast is roughly 75 to 90 minutes away for a day at the beach. The streets are quiet and low-rise, with lawns between the blocks and the clubhouse within the community itself.
A rental car is the practical way to move around here. The community sits just off HWY 27, which connects quickly to the main routes toward the Disney parks and the rest of the Orlando attractions, and free parking is available on site in front of the townhouse. Rideshare services operate in the area for guests who prefer not to drive every day.
