Worst stay I've ever had

We booked this home since it was close to everything we wanted to do, it had a game room, a pool, and plenty of room. I liked that it had some luxury upgrades like the master bath. We arrive at 10pm only for the door code to not work. I checked the lock box where a key is supposed to be incase the code doesnt work, no key. I call the 24hr management number. She has me input my code again "slowly" 2 more times. Doesnt work. She gives me another code and has me try that code "slowly" 3 more times. She then tells me she needs to call maintenance and would get back to me. We had traveled 10 hours from North Carolina with 3 kids, 2 dogs, my husband and myself. We are exhausted. 20 minutes later, im texted another code, it finally works. None of the wifi info was accurate.The game room TV and Xbox do not work. Screen door by the pool is broken and will not close. Beanbag chairs broken. Rain shower head in master bath shoots water everywhere. Garbage overflowing in gameroom and outside. The remotes to the ceiling fans/lights are all the same and turn on/off lights in different rooms, making it very hard to turn off 1 room without turning another room on. Lights randomly turn on in the middle of the night. It took days to correct some issues but tv and xbox werent fixed and neither were the lights. We have been home 14 days now. STILL waiting for someone to call about a partial refund. Do yourself a favor, avoid this house!

Good holiday property

We have stayed in a number of properties on our visits to Orlando and this property was comparable - full of home comforts, pool was excellent and the beds super comfy! What let the experience down was the property management - the information given for access to the property was wrong - not ideal at 10pm. The information provided in the house (wifi etc was not accurate) . After a long travel day. The pool heating broker half way through, the gas bottle in the bbq ran out. They were quick to respond to emails but not so quick to rectify. 24 hrs response time average. Luckily we made other plans but I think they need to be quicker at responding.

Beautiful Home

Home is Beautiful! Everything you could need or want is close by. We hit the " once in a life time" cold spell and the pool heater wouldn't work so the Management company said they will give us a refund, it's not in my account yet and the stay is over but they said it's coming so thank you for that. There was a bit of a communication problem when trying to get answers on some questions which they apologized for and said they will approve on. If you want an amazing classy home with a great games room and like a pool (and don't hit a cold spell) you will not regret booking this house!

Beautiful Florida Vacation Home

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean and well maintained property. The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Only drawback was the noise from the Saturday 7am landscaping. We will be re-booking for our vacation here next year. We highly recommend.

Just as advertised

Everything was exactly as wonderful as it was described and pictured. The neighborhood is phenomenal, the location is very close to so many extremely popular areas and lesser known attractions. The property management company was spectacular from the moment we booked until the moment we checked out. Absolutely top notch! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful home

Beautiful 5 bedroom/3 bath home with awesome showers. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, Kleenex and extra TP! Plenty of bath towels and beach towels however. Spacious kitchen! We had issues getting into the home, but response was immediate with a new code. Game room tv didn’t work (which was a big reason for choosing this home), but kids had a lot of fun with the pool table. The distance to the parks is accurate, however Orlando traffic is horrible any time of the day, so our commutes were a minimum of 45 minutes each way, which was exhausting. Just worth noting if future guests are staying for Disney/Universal parks. Overall…very nice home, quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable.

Wonderful time spent in Orlando

My wife and I flew both our widowed mothers for a week long stay in Orlando where we visited Disney World. The house we rented was superbly furnished and gorgeous. We will definitely return!!!

Best house yet

This was the 3rd home we have stayed at in Fl and by far the best. The house was better than advertised and super clean. Master bath is amazing. The bedroom next to the master suit was perfect for our 1y/o and our boys loved the “mickey room”. The kitchen was huge and perfect for us because we cook almost every meal. For parents with young children just be mindful that the switch for the sink disposal is easy eye level access for toddlers. Our only complaint was the hot water. Seems to need a larger hot water heater. And the pool was perfect. We payed for pool heat and it was worth it. The a/c in the game room was a nice touch since most homes with garage game rooms have no a/c and it’s too hot to enjoy it. We will be booking this house again for 2024!
