I was so please with everything about the Hyatt Place. The breakfast crew was so nice,the front desk was awesome. I just can not say enough about this hotel it is located in a great place. I had a room with a view og the ferris wheel so beautiful. This a great place to stay if you looking for clean, quiet , safe and good customer service.

I like the fact our hotel was in walking distance for main hot spots in Orlando . Also I'm shouting out Roberto specifically at the front desk he was very helpful and sweet our entire stay !

This was our second stay and it was great both times nice clean rooms. The breakfast was ok but had a nice selection. I do think for the price parking should be included but if that is the only complaint we are doing ok!

The property was super clean, the front desk staff were sooo friendly they made me a complimentary Starbucks drink, i loved just about everything about this property only issue was the water in the shower did not heat to my satisfaction.... other then that i have no complaints will definitely book again!

This is a 50/50 review. I'd booked 2 rooms on an upper floor. One room was as expected, no complaints. The other room we were assigned was on a lower floor (despite paying extra for a high floor), the AC was broken and could not be turned off so it was freezing. The hotel did not assign another room or compensate us for assigning us a different room than we paid for. So obviously I'm not happy about that
