Super Modern Apartment close to golf, beach, mall and restaurants
Super modern apartment, clean, well equipped, comfy bed and within walking distance to large mall, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and beach. A few minutes drive to golf courses. Overlooking shared pool set in secure gardens with palm trees and artificial grass. Highly recommend.

Fin lägenhet och super bra läge.
Stannade en vecka i denna lägenhet. Hade lite blandat väder. Miguel som mötte oss var tillmötesgående och bra. Vi som är två vuxna kunde gå överallt, till havet var det ca 2 km. Om något så lite skönare möbler ute att sitta i och gärna nått på framsidan eftersom solen är där på morgon.

Merci pour l'appréciation. Il était possible de déplacer les chaises de la terrasse arrière à la terrasse avant pour profiter du soleil. Malheureusement, nous ne laissons pas les meubles devant pour éviter les vols.

très bon séjour en famille
Le logement est beau, grand (il y a même 2 salles de bain ce qui est rare) et il est parfaitement meublé et équipé, nous n'avons pas été à l'étroit.La piscine est vraiment bien et convient aux petits et aux grands.Les terrasses sont très appréciables pour les repas et se relaxer. L'appartement est très bien situé au niveau des commerces et restaurants, on peut tout faire à pieds ce qui est pratique quand on est en vacances. Miguel, la personne qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée, est vraiment très sympathique et réactive quand on lui demande quelque chose.C'est une adresse que nous garderons en mémoire lors d'un prochain séjour en Espagne!

Lovely setting.
Very nice. Not as close to the beach as expected. Needed cabs to get there. Not very close to amenities. Dont know why we were chargecd £20 for damages as there werent any.

Our Stay
The stay had no issues at all whilst we were there. The apartment was clean, the complex it was on was great and the kids loved the pool. The main issue became apparent when I received a final bill from the landlord at the end. They charged 20 euros to wash the bedding and towels after I had already paid 100 euros in cleaning fees. This I would assume would include cleaning bedding and towels that were provided. Other than the bedding and towels, we left the apartment as we found it. There was also a quibble over the amount of electricity we used. We had the air conditioning on at night set to 22 degrees. The air conditioning machine didn't work in one of the bedrooms so we had to use the machine in the living area to boost that. However, it was still set to 22 degrees which again is not excessive given we were staying in Spain in the summer. We were told that what we had used was unreasonable which I disagree with. They should account for the fact that people may use air conditioning in the summer months and not penalise people for it. I have never had an issue with any other holiday lets before this one and I have been staying with the family in Spain a couple of times of the year for over 10 years. Please be aware that if you wish to stay at this property that you will need to be extra vigilant with the energy that you use. You should also take a note of the meter reading at the start and end of your stay as we regretfully did not do this.

For the extra costs of electricity, it is well mentionned that 10kWh / day is included in the contract that you accepted when you booked the apartment. Sorry you didn't see it in the contract. Lovely Apartment
Really enjoyed our 2 week stay in this apartment. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Miguel the keyholder was so helpful and friendly. Good communication with the owner. Reason for not giving full 5 stars is that the air conditioning in the lounge didn't work. If we visit the area again we would book this apartment.

Un lugar perfecto para ir con niños
La casa es preciosa, decorada con mucho gusto, moderna y funcional. La limpieza bastante buena. Se encarga de ello Miguel, que es quien entrega las llaves, y es muy detallista, la ropa de cama y baño huele de maravilla, con un toque de aceite de argán. Es encantador y eficiente. Situación perfecta si no te importa coger el coche cinco minutos a la playa. Comercios, restaurantes y supermercados a pie. La urbanizaciones es preciosa, tal y como en las fotos. Piscina abierta de 9 a 23, maravilloso para disfrutar todo el día sin agobios de horas. La gente que suele haber en la urbanización tranquila y respetuosa. Volveremos seguro!! Agradecimientos al propietario por la atención y sobre todo a Miguel por lo mismo.

Vacances de rêve
L'appartement est très bien situé. Il est impeccable et ne manque de rien. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute. Emplacement à proximité de la mer, d'un supermarché et d'un centre commercial. Les taxis sont une bénédiction pour aller à Torrevieja. Nous espérons y retourner l'an prochain.

Renters Beware !!
Ok an honest review of the apartment. View...stunning, as advertised Location...close to bars, supermarkets and the fabulous La Zenia Boulevard. Cleanliness..bedding stained, towels smelt of not being dried properly, sofa was torn but covered over with a throw. All surfaces had finger prints over. Dishwasher unusable due to the racks being rusty and unhygienic. Mugs had lipstick on, and cutlery was thrown into a bowl in the bottom of the cupboard. We had a sand storm whilst we were there, so we washed all the patio down, but upstairs had cleaners in and when they washed down their windows and patio, dirty red sand water ran down our windows, as we had no control over this, we didn't feel we should clean windows as well. The reason I've written this feedback is that on my return I was stopped the fee for cleaning which was fine but also charged for cleaning of the windows !! We left the apartment immaculate. I sent the owner pictures of these faults as requested and have had no reply. I run a holiday let here in the UK and my standards are high but the apartment in my opinion had not been cleaned for my arrival, Also as someone else mentioned I had to put the boiler on every morning just to get 2 showers as the boiler is to small for the property. This is constructive criticism only

Apartment in the winter has no sun. Very dark and cold. Even the outside space at the back looking over the gardens is in shade all day. Front garden has some sun but not pleasant to sit in. Electricity kept tripping. Hot water cylinder not big enough. Two short showers no hot water left. Liked the modern feel of the place.

Good evening Linda. Sorry for the desagreement but why you didn't contact me for hot water? The water is heated by solar heating. There is also an electric boiler, you had to press a switch to put it into service.

Great apartment - great location
Really nice apartment in a great complex. The apartment was spotlessly clean and have everything you need for your stay there. The complex and pool area is fantastic. In a great location a stone's throw from La Zenia Boulevard and lots of other amenities. Would definitely reccomend.

schöne Anlage
Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit einer (fast) perfekten Lage. Das Einkaufszentrum mit sehr vielen Geschäften und Restaurants liegt nur 1 min entfernt, dafür gibt es 5 Sterne. Der Strand war uns zu Fuß doch noch etwas zu weit, sodass wir mit dem Auto hinfahren mussten. Zu bestimmten Zeiten musste man einen Parkplatz suchen, dafür geben wir nur 3 Sterne. Die Anlage selbst verdient 4,5 Sterne, sehr modern und schön. In unserer Wohnung waren für uns zu viele private Gegenstände, dafür 1 Stern abzug.

We had an amazing holiday, the property was fab but really disappointed that we got charged for electricity and washings, I was expecting 60 euros off our 300 deposit but in total 133 Euro’s were taken. I have been renting properties abroad for years and never had charges like that before.

Lovely apartment
We enjoyed our weeks stay at this apartment. It was very clean and well furnished There are 2 patios/terraces one at either side of the property. The front gets sun all day and the spacious back terrace overlooking the pool gets it from approx midday. There is a canopy you can use if needed for shade. The pool area is lovely and was very quiet in may. There are sun beds/ chairs at the apartment that you can move onto the grass/pool area if you wish. The apartment is approx a 10-15 min walk to a lovely beach, there are also others within walking distance. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. We didn't hire a car and walked to various nearby resorts including punta prima and Cabo roig. Cabo roig takes about 50 mins to walk to along the scenic coastal route or approx 30 mins on the direct road route. Taxis are between 5-7 euros one way. We would not hesitate to rent this apartment again if we were to return to this area.

Lovely Modern apartment
A lovely apartment close to all amenities. I booked this for my dad whos mobility isn’t great. It was easy walking distance to everywhere he wanted to go. The apartment was clean,tidy and looked amazing. Air con throughout and a lovely view from the patio. Would definitely book again, this time for myself!

Lovely apartment, perfect location and great pool!
The apartment was clean and had everything we required for a great week! It was our first family holiday abroad with our 3 year old daughter and the location was central but also nice and quiet, close to a supermarket, a mall and plenty bars/restaurants. The pool is fabulous too! The transfer from and to the airport was ideal and the key holder was very nice and helpful. We would recommend and will hopefully be back! :)

The apartment was well equipped and was in a lovely quiet complex looking across to the swimming pool. It has a dishwasher, washing machine and oven and hob which is a bit temperamental but called out the key holder and he came straight over. The location was great, close to all local amenities including the big shopping complex. The only downside was the hidden charges that were set out in a contract once paid. Regretfully you do have to pay for cleaning which is fair enough but also you have to pay for your electric usage which i was stung for after leaving. This is taken out of your deposit. Apart from this the holiday and apartment was great.

Fantastic, well equipped ground floor apartment
We (2 adults & 2 children) holidayed in La Zenia this month and stayed in this ground floor apartment. It was absolutely perfect, very clean, comfortable and very well kept. As we had a small baby it was very well equipped with everything you would possibly need. Lovely quiet, secure complex, located near shops / restaurants. I will certainly be returning here in the future.
