«We had a wonderful time in SXM. Philippe made our stay easy and he always kept in close contact if we had any questions. The condo is just as it’s listed and truly has everything you could need. «Don't hesitate to book because there aren't many reviews, Sarah's villa is lovely! Perfectly located just steps from the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. It's all right there! The private pool is a huge plus, we spent time there every single day and evening. Her property manager, Fred is a gem! «Villa Kea was exactly like the description and the location was perfect. We could walk to the beach each day and even for dinner at one of the many restaurants in the center of Orient Beach. The pool was a cool relief after a hot day on the beach. Maly gave us many restaurant and shopping recommendations. She was available and very responsive when we had any questions. We can’t wait to book our vacation next year to St. Martin.»

«We had a great time staying here. Some of the dishes, utensils and cookware could use updating, but all was functional. Bring bug spray for the mosquitos. Very good location being close to grocery and restaurants. A rental car is needed if you plan on going anywhere. The roads everywhere are narrow and there is no sidewalks. The views were spectacular.»

«My husband and I just spent a week in Villa Suzanna. The house had it all and our host was always available for anything we needed. The location was a quick walk from many excellent restaurants and Orient Beach. We loved our private pool and outside area. We look forward to returning.»

«3 Norwegian couples stayed in this house for 2 weeks. First of all Anna is a splendid houseowner. Always ready to answer my questions and she was really there for us and made our stay a memorable one. The house is splendid and the location great. Only a few minutes walk both to the beach and to the grocery store. We made almost all the dinners in the house and ate outside by the pool. I will highly recomend this house. We did not hire a car. «We have been traveling to St. Martin every year since 2004. This time we stayed a month, and never tired of the view. «As usual our property manager Moune was available and had the home ready. This property sits a few hundred feet from the beach but has its own pool. Quite comforting the water storage on the property since we have been on the island for many water shutdowns… everything was perfect this trip. We spent most of our time at the villa enjoying the beautiful, comfortable, and very well manicured back yard and pool area. «Wifi was awful. Only had access if you were near pool or somewhat inside of it. Hostess was not as helpful as we thought . Villa was beautiful but very far location, took us about 2 and a half hours to get a cab to pick us up after settling in. Hostess never greeted us, her husband did and he was pretty nice and helpful in the bit of language barrier we had.»
