40m² living room, with equipped American kitchen, opening onto a large and pleasant covered terrace, facing the sea.

Access to the large swimming pool of the small and luxurious Caribbean Princess residence.

Located a stone's throw from famous beach restaurants such as Coco Beach.

Princess Blue, is ideally located on Orient Bay beach, between 2 of the most beautiful beach bar restaurants, equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas.

Princess Blue is located in the Caribbean Princess residence which is the most popular in Orient Bay for its proximity to the beach, its security because in addition to enjoying the security of the Orient Bay subdivision with its 100 cameras and its teams of guards , it is the only fully fenced residence.

Caribbean Princess is also a beautifully wooded residence with beautiful tropical vegetation.

When staying at Princess Blue, you won't need cars, including shopping, having a drink, dining out, or buying your bread or croissants from the village bakery.

And if you need to work, you can have an office and ultra-fast WiFi at over 100Mps, thanks to the fiber optic network.

Every room at Princess Blue is equipped with an HDTV. Access your Netflix or Prime Video account, and also all the TV channels you could dream of, including news and sports channels, American, Canadian, French.

You will also have access to a hammock, as well as a water hose at the edge of the terrace to wash off the sand after returning from the beach.

Princess Blue is located in Orient Bay Park, which is certainly the most popular tourist site in Saint-Martin for:

You won't need a car unless you plan to visit the 37 beaches on the island.

You will easily find a taxi to take you to Grand Case, the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean and famous for its beautiful sunsets, or to go out partly in Dutch and enjoy the casinos and other night spots.

If you wish, we can recommend good car rental companies, and you will enjoy private parking at the foot of the residence.

Orient Bay family fun

This property has a wonderful location within walking distance of beautiful beaches and first-class restaurants. Plenty of space for four adults and we enjoyed the back porch for breakfast and games. Community pool area is clean and most times empty. We didn’t use the third bedroom, but it had a king bed. One bedroom had a full private bath, the other had a private sink and shower but toilet was in the hall so not quite as private. Gilles and Alex are super accommodating! This is a nice, updated property and the location cannot be beat.

Wonderful Stay

This property is in an ideal spot in St.Martin, Orient beach is just steps away and a 10 minute walk will get you to about a dozen restaurants. The property it self is very clean and well maintained. We had a fantastic time would definitely stay here again.

The house accommodates 6 adults very comfortably. A spectacular beach is just steps away. Easily reachable on foot are shops and restaurants.

Fantastic location - steps from the ocean and great food.

Property was in great shape - very spacious for our family of five. Very quiet and located on northern edge of orient bay. Even though we were there close to Christmas, we never felt like we had the crowds we saw in Philipsburg or Marigot. Property managers were quite attentive and we had no issues. I would highly recommend.

Relaxing

This was very relaxing vacation. Plenty of room in condo, European design, large patio that can be treated as another room with bid dining table, coffee table chairs and beach cots (I spent one night on the beach cot there, very comfortable). Kitchen equipped very well. Great location of the condo. Abundance of restaurants and stores in walking distance. Beach is right cross the fence (2 minutes walk tops from the front door). Beach entertainment every step of the way, at the same time beach itself is very clean and open. During our stay we did not come across too many people on the beach. As an additional comfort thing I would have prefer to have a code entrance into the room instead of the key.

Amazing Stay in Orient

My family of 4 traveled to St Martin to celebrate our twin's college graduation. In the past we have always stayed in hotels, but this time we had the pleasure of renting this gem of a condo! The location can not be beat! Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We felt very safe walking around as well. The condo is very comfortable and clean as well. Beach towels, linens and an electric adaptor was provided. The property manager was always available for any concerns or questions that came up. We will be returning to the area in the future and hope this condo will be available again!

A magical beach vacation

We spent a magical week at the Princess Blue property on Orient Bay. The ground floor condominium is located mere steps from the beach which was perfect for early morning walks and enjoyable days at the Kakao beach club (there are other great beach clubs to choose from as well). The home is well stocked with supplies and has Amazon Fire TV where it seems like you can watch almost any channel in the world. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch in the backyard which is totally private and where you can hear the crashing waves. There is a Casino supermarket which has basic provisions within easy walking distance and a much larger and well-supplied Super U supermarket a short drive away. We ate at the Sao Asian Factory and L'Atelier in downtown Orient Bay both of which we greatly enjoyed. We also ate at the Auberge Gourmande and Le Bistronome in Grand Case which is a short car ride away. Hosts Gilles and his son Alex were very responsive the few times we had any questions and always stood ready to help. We had such a great time that we have decided to return next year!
