«This 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom villa was perfect for 2 couples. Villa was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay, Host kindly left, coffee and snacks for us to enjoy and was available for any questions. «We fully enjoyed the property, the location and the proximity to the beach, dining and convenience store. It is perfect for two and well equipped. We stayed 2 weeks and would absolutely stay again. «Stayed at the costa rose for 7 days over winter break with my family Of 4. Older kids were able to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms due to the spacious accommodations. Having a washer and dryer on site was great in order to keep up with the laundry and get fresh towels as needed. The property managers were always available to answer any questions. «This cute modern duplex is truly close to the Village and Bikini Beach, a short walk. There were 4 adults and that was fine, although there is a 3rd bedroom it would have been cramped with 6 people. While there are 2 showers, there is only one toilet and that was the only downside. Furnishings are new, modern, and simple. Mgmt response time was fine. Look forward to returning to lovely Orient Beach.»

«Our 3rd stay in Orient Bay and we loved Sea Side 9. We especially liked the location, the spacious second story main bedroom with exposed beam ceiling and the corner balcony. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking including spices and frig with filtered water - no bottled water is a big plus. Short walk to village and beach.
