VillaSol – Peaceful House with Private Pool and Mountain Views

VillaSol is a vacation home designed for those seeking peace, privacy, and relaxation in a natural setting, without sacrificing space or comfort. Located in Orba in a very quiet residential area, it offers open mountain views and an ideal atmosphere to unwind.



The house is spread over two floors and features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. It offers high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for remote work), Smart TV with streaming services, washing machine, foldable crib, and family-friendly touches like children’s books and toys.



There is air conditioning in the main areas and in the upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs bedrooms have fans, ensuring good ventilation throughout the house.



The private outdoor area is a highlight: pool, garden, terraces (covered and uncovered), balcony, and outdoor shower, all designed for calm and privacy.



Please note: VillaSol is in a quiet residential area. It is not suitable for parties or noisy stays. Music and noise are not allowed outside, especially at night, to respect neighbors’ rest. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are not allowed.



A gas barbecue is available, comfortable and easy to use. For safety, as the property is near a forest, wood or charcoal barbecues are not permitted.



There are 4 parking spaces on the property, free street parking, and a self check-in system for a smooth arrival. VillaSol uses water and electricity-saving measures and sustainable insulation materials.
