The rating for each category couldn’t be left blank so I had to put something we didn’t get to stay at the property because we had to cancel our trip due to our family having the flu. We could not travel. The disappointing part about the communication is we kept getting automated messages about check-in and check out even knowing they knew that we were not there and we couldn’t stay and I’m still getting messages to review my stay that never happened. It’s just disappointing that the property management team is not acknowledging that we were not there and still sending us messages like we were there.

Really enjoyed the property. Easy to access, lots of parking space. Quick walk to Eagle beach. Beach chairs, towels, and cooler provided. I would strongly suggest bringing a wind powered shade cover, umbrellas or tents will not withstand the wind. Pool area is very nice also. The property next door does happy hour twice a day!The beds were tolerable. I prefer a softer bed and these were moderately firm. Kitchen was well set up. My only suggestion would be to supply drinking glasses for the unit. We purchased a pack of six plastic glasses and left them in the unit, not sure if housekeeping will throw them away though. ANTS,ANTS,ANTS!! Tiny little ants everywhere in the kitchen and bathrooms. We would wipe the counters prior to any food prep and did not leave ANY food on the counter. We put all food in the refrigerator. fyi-they can be hard to see especially if you need cheater reading glasses. The view of the ocean is mostly blocked by trees but we didn’t spend a lot of time on the balcony anyways. Overall, great property. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of this unit was excellent. The unit was clean, though a little tired. Some of the furniture was worn and could use updating. We had issues with the dryer, which was, without notice, replaced during our visit. There was no communication from the host about the scheduled visit, which delayed my leaving the unit that morning. Some of the lighting wasn't great (flickering overhead pots) and the common bathroom was quite moldy, and as such was not used.

What a great location! Just steps from beautiful Eagle beach and a very short drive or taxi ride to restaurants, bars and casinos and nightlife. The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully applianced. There are a few coffee cups, however no drinking glasses or wine glasses are available, which was not an issue for us as we travel with our Yetis. The balcony is large with chairs and tables overlooking the pool, a great spot for some afternoon sun. Just a heads up, There are some rescue cats on the property who are cared for by the maintenance staff in the pool area. Some in our party are allergic to cats, so this restricted our use of the pool area as the cats lay on the loungers and use the play area as a litter box. We were more than happy to head to the glorious beach anyway.

We stayed here for our annual girls weekend. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Very clean, very well equipped, very nicely located with easy access to the beach. We will definitely return to this place.

Hard time communicating, so check-in and out were slightly chaotic- however it might be at fault of VRBO and not the property manager. Since we had no way of communicating (after several emails explaining I could not read the messages in the VRBO app) we had to find out where things were on our own. Nice place in a great location overall. New pillows need bought and more attention cleaning the shower (there was hair still on the walls). With that being said, I would still recommend staying here- the beach and grounds were great.

Fabulous location steps from the beach

Overall, the location is excellent and the unit could be perfect with proper upkeep. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. Arrival was confusing but we eventually found our unit. Victor was a great host and responded almost immediately to messages but there did not seem to be anyone on site to actually help with issues. The staff at the desk said they didn’t own the unit and couldn’t help. We didn’t get the bathroom toiletries we were told would be there until day 3 even though we reported it the first day. No glasses to drink out of only mugs. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. I sat on it upon arrival and it sunk with loud squeaks. The master bathroom had a foul odor coming from the drains that didn’t go away. There were a few other minor things that should be addressed. If maintenance did a walk through and tested things, they would find them. Lights in frig and over stove were out. Refrigerator had a very loud roaring sound the first 2 days that eventually subsided. I reported it but after knowing that there was really no one on site to come up, we decided to just go on with our fun times in beautiful Aruba and not bother messaging Victor. Lastly, I think there should be a binder in the property to give helpful tips on the unit. The washer/dryer were not like anything we ever used. I think dryer needs maintenance and you have to empty the tank of water. It still didn’t work great. Overall, a solid 4 stars but easily could be a 5!

Great Stay at Levent Resort

Stayed for 1 month in this condo and I must say it was excellent . Victor the property manager was great to deal with , answered my questions promptly. There were a few very minor things but too minor to mention. Grounds were well kept and clean . Very close walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Would highly recommend.

The condo was clean, beautiful and had an amazing view of the sea where we woke to rainbows almost every morning. My only suggestion would be to have a shelf or some cabinet space for snacks and such instead of taking up counter space.

Wonderful Location

We had never stayed at Eagle Beach, and this was a great place to stay! Easy walk to the beach, lots of dining in the general area and a lovely pool area. Check in was a bit awkward, since there was no "front desk" and the rooms each had 2 numbers, but eventually we figured it out. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding large condominium perfect for a small group of friends or family.

The check in was easy with a lock box outside the door. We were pleasantly surprised how spacious the condo was. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and one bedroom. While trees partially block the ocean view, they provide a nice level of privacy. Location was outstanding with a great pool area and quick access to the beach via a short walk across the street. There are nearby excellent restaurants, but the nightlife and even more restaurant choices are a short drive or taxi north. Eagle beach is considered one of the best and it did not disappoint. Even in the middle of February, the ocean was warm with plenty of waves to play in. Just north of the access by a great Tiki bar is a place to rent a thatched roof shade and chaise lounges. This also provides you access to the bars and bathrooms at another resort. Booking a rental car is highly recommended as it makes exploring all that Aruba has to offer much easier. A car is also helpful in shopping at the Superfood Store a short drive away. We had a few small issues with the condo that were promptly dealt with by the host using very friendly and professional service people. A needed addition is a sheet that details 1) the stove top is induction 2) how to operate the oven and 3) that the fob to open the South gate off the pool area is hanging by the door. The in condo washer and dryer were a fantastic addition and well used during our stay. Finally, the neighbors were all great. We will be back!!

Paradise at Levent

This was our second stay at Levent. We try to stay there when we can. The condo was spacious and beautiful. Convenient to everything. It's our #1 choice. The host was great and easy to work with. You won't be disappointed here

Great Vacation

We booked for 14 nights and the accommodations are exactly as pictured. The space is great for a family and well appointed with all the basic daily essentials required for a condo type stay. Victor our host was always attentive and responsive to our questions and needs. The property has a lovely modern feel and is kept very clean. Le Vent’s location on eagle beach is well situated being close to The Paradise and La Cabana which offer great lunch and dinner options. The one downfall of LeVent, when vacationing with children is the lack of food options on the property. Would be nice to have a restaurant/snack bar options where you can quickly grab something to eat to keep the hungry children happy throughout the day. We purchased many lunches through the snack/lunch bars at The Paradise and La Cabana. Lunch at Passions on the beach is also very good. We would definitely return to LeVent.

Didn't want to leave

Stayed six weeks at this property which is exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is ideal only step to Eagle beach and having a partial ocean view from the balcony. Many good restaurants are within walking distance as well as a large supermarket. Victor our host was always very quick to respond to any questions. The unit has ensuites attached to both bedrooms and the second bedroom has two beds. The master had a desk in it allowing me to work remotely for part of the trip. The pool area has shade areas as well bbq's, tables, outdoor sink and ice machine allowing for nice outdoor cooking and dining experiences. We met many very nice guests and owners who return each year. The building is well lit at night and the boardwalk is very safe for walks at night. Can't say enough about this stay.

Everything and more

The pictures don’t do this apartment justice. Everything is modern and functional. There is actually a full 3rd bathroom that wasn’t even mentioned! The only 2 minor complaints are there are many beautiful colored iguanas near the pool. I’m not a fan of any critters so that’s a negative for me. Also a code is needed to open the gate closest to the beach and I still don’t know what it was. Someone else gave us theirs. I already booked this location again for later this year. The location was perfect.
