«We had a great stay! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! We had to evacuate because of the hurricane. Leslie made sure to reassure us we would be refunded for the nights we couldn’t stay. In the mornings the kitchen staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Some things in the hotel could use a little maintenance/updating, but overall we had a great stay!
My favorite part was the ease to the beach and going from the pool to the beach.»

«Our room smells so musty we had to go buy an air purifier so we could try to sleep. Garbages have been dumped by staff once in 6 days. We have complained at the front desk the last 3 days to no avail. We were told sheets would be changed every 5 days and tomorrow is day 7, my sheet will not stay on the bed and have had no luck getting this corrected. We have been told each time it will be corrected but it as not, we got new towels once in those 6 days. So frustrated»
