Hotellets hovedbygning er praktfull, med en perfekt beliggenhet og skjermede uteområder. Nabobygget, som det viste seg at vi fikk plass på, er et 2 stjerners hotell med eget navn. Dette er bygg som i utgangspunktet holdt den samme standard som hovedbygget, men som i dag skriker etter oppussing! Utsikten fra hotellrommet og tilgangen til fassilitetene på Hotel Kvarner gjør det like vel minneverdig.

Sehr freundliches Personal, große Zimmer, gigantisches Frühstücksbuffet. Tolle Lage und schöner Blick auf das Meer. Es hat alles gepasst, bis auf die Parkplatzlösung. Leider sind nicht genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Es muss auf den Parkplatz eines anderen Hotels ausgewichen werden. Dafür auch 25 Euro zu nehmen, finde ich übertrieben und nicht korrekt.

The hotel is located in a beautiful historic building from the 1880's and the architecture is really perfect for relaxing and well-being. We had one of the higher room categories and it was really amazing. Also the selection and quality of food during breakfeast was one of the best we have ever seen. Der Preis für den einwöchigen Aufenthalt hat sich gegenüber dem Jahr 2018 um ca.500 Eur erhöht. Der Parkplatz ist pro Tag von 12 Eur auf 25 Eur gestiegen. Wir finden das extrem hoch und überlegen, obwohl wir schon das 10.mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus abgestiegen sind, ob wir uns das nächstes Jahr nochmal leisten werden. Ausserdem fehlt uns die Halbpension sehr.

Leider hat es viel zu wenig Liegestühle am Pool und am Beach. Wenn man nicht wie alle anderen bereits um 7h Morgens reserviert, hat man keine Chance mehr. Das Personal ist sich dessen bewusst und tut wirklich alles um eine Lösung zu finden, aber leider vergebens. Vielleicht sollte der Manager einfach mehr Liegebetten kaufen und diese nicht auch noch auf die Holzliegebretter stellen lassen! Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und gross. Leider ist die Tischverteilung so eingerichtet, dass genau 4 Tische im Schatten sind und alle anderen in der Sonne. Frühstück in der Hitze und mit voller Sonne im Gesicht… Das Hotel wäre sonst sehr schön, die Lage wunderbar und das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Schade, aber wir kommen nicht mehr
