Flott basseng og frokostbuffet
Hotellet har en flott beliggenhet, rett ved sjøen, og alle rom har utsikt. Kanskje litt stort og upersonlig hotell og personale. Vi var der 3 netter på gjennomreise. Rommet var stort og fint, men fin balkong. Det jeg satte størst pris på var en fantastisk frokostbuffet med et meget godt utvalg av mat og annet. Kunne spise både inne og ute i et helt nyoppusset område av hotellet. I tillegg var bassenget meget stort og bra, saltvannsbasseng, med nok av solstoler, gratis badehåndklær. Bar ved poolen.

Vi var en familie på fire og var kjempefornøyd med hotellet. Et pluss er bassenget da det er dårlig med andre bademuligheter. Kjempeflott frokostbuffet. Anbefales, ikke minst pga byen

Topp hotell.
Enormt godt hotell med en fantastisk service. Feiret min 60-års dag i Opatija kun med min kone . Tilbake på hotellet etter litt shopping fant vi flott kake på rommet med en hyggelig hilsen fra hotell-ledelsen. Opatija kan anbefales . Maten var meget god. Vi hadde middagsbuffet som var rikholdig. Godt valg av feriested.

Ho mia moglie in carrozzina, la porta del bagno della stanza 003 era troppo stretta e lei non poteva accedere al bagno. Ho chiesto una stanza con porta del bagno più grande ma non è stato possibile averla. Per fortuna avevo in auto le ruote più piccole della carrozzina e abbiamo potuto soggiornare in hotel senza cambi.

Thank You! Our only wish would be coffee in the room or at least access to coffee before 0700 when the breakfast buffet opened. Very clean and relaxing. Lovely big suite great for family of four. Indoor and ourdoor pools and location are great. The thing thatvreallyblets this hotel doen is the food, we were half biard and the buffet dinner was bland and distinctively average, not befotting of four stars at all. There were also not enough waiting staff so took ages ti get their attention to order drinks so these would often arrive post eating of the main course. The plates would pile up on the table too. We ended up eating at local restaurants 3 nights so was very bad value from that perspective.

Wiedermal einen erholsamen Urlaub gehabt :-)
Ich war nicht zum 1. Mal in diesem Hotel (zum 7. Mal). Das GESAMTE Personal war mega freundlich und einige kannte ich noch von meinen letzten Besuchen. Da wir dieses Jahr in der Vor-Saison das Hotel genutzt hatten war es sehr angenehm. Wir hatten wie immer das Hotel mit HP gebucht. Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation (COVID19) fand ich die Preise vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Essen am Abend hätte etwas wärmer sein können (leider). Aber im Gesamtpaket war der Aufenthalt sehr erholsam. Nochmals möchte ich das Personal/die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an dieser stelle loben und kann nur Danke für den tollen Service sagen. Wir hatten einige kleine Probleme (Klima-Anlage im Zimmer, die Dusche war etwas undicht) aber die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und die Zimmerdamen haben sich sehr schnell um unser Anliegen gekümmert und eine Lösung zu unserer Zufriedenheit gefunden.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage
Unkomplizierte Buchung auch knapp 2 Stunden vorher möglich. Super für eine spontane Entscheidung auch für eine Nacht. Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sehr hübsch. Standard Zimmer ausreichend von der Größe. Zimmer 405 mit Badewanne. Das Bett war ok. Der Sofasessel super bequem. Das kleine Tischchen war auch nett. Nette Aussicht auf das Meer. Leider hat es sehr stark geregnet, somit konnten wir nicht den Balkon nutzen, da dieser bei unserem Zimmer nicht überdacht ist Fernseher auch mit deutschen Sendern. Alles da was man so braucht. Das Highlight ist der Pool, angenehm warm und von einer guten Größe mit Whirlpool und Wasserfall. Hatten wir dann am Abend für uns, während alle anderen beim Abendessen waren. Das Frühstück ist Teil teils. Gebäck sehr gut, Vieles eher Standard, große Auswahl, aber zum Teil war die Qualität nicht gut. Pancakes sehr trocken, manches geschmacklos, wie auch die Säfte, die sehr stark verdünnt sind. Frisch gepresster O-Saft kostet für ein kleines Glas 27 Kuna. Frisches Obst. Fast ausschließlich PensionistInnen während unseres Aufenthaltes die sich zum Teil an keine (Corona) Regeln gehalten haben. Zum Glück hatten wir über hotels.com zu einem guten Preis gebucht. Abendessen haben wir nicht gebucht. In Opatija gibt es sehr viele, sehr gute Restaurants.

Great hotel and recommend
Hotel is right on the lungomare and in an ideal place for a very short walk into town. We thought the location was perfect as the walk into town was 5 minutes max along the lungomare. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice. Room size was excellent. We stay at the end of September so plenty of parking available at the hotel. Beauty salon is on floor 3 but isn't well signposted. Wife had 30 mins reflexology (180 kn) and 60 mins lymphatic drainage massage (380 kn) as she wanted something different from the usual offerings. She thought it was brilliant.

Small rooms, but modern and newly renovated
Pretty decent four star hotel at a good location. Reception/lobby area is a bit hard to find and feels a bit strange. The hotel rooms are quite small, with very small bathrooms. It might get a bit tricky if you are size large, or have limited movability. The rooms are however very modern and clean although sound isolation is pretty bad. There's no traffic or other noise from bars or nightclubs, but sound from other hotel rooms or the corridor might annoy you. Hotel has a quite decent breakfast buffé and the evening buffés are very good given the price.

Opatija stay
Hotel is fully redecorated and renovated. Room was spacious with good size balcony overlooking City of Rijeka, local Marina and outdoor swimming pool. We have had a half board included in our stay, so breakfast offer was excellent with varieties of mediterranean, continental and English breakfast too. Dinner usually consisted of three to four meals (at least one fish dish), salad bar and plenty of side dishes to choose. There were two soups on offer every evening and great choice of desserts (fresh fruit and ice cream too). Hotel does not' have its own beach but guests can use beach of the nearby hotel Kristal. Hotel has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, both filled with fresh sea water and indoor is heated too. There was no kettle in the room, however we learned last day, you need to ask for one at the front desk if you wish to have it in the room.

Opatija Weekend stay
Hotel is fully redecorated and renovated in 2019 so it still has a smell of freshness. Rooms are a bit small, particularly bathrooms however everything is in a very good condition. Each room has lovely balcony (seaside view) from where you can observe swimming pool, small port (marina) and city of Rijeka (spectacular view in the night). We have had a half board included in our stay, so breakfast offer was excellent with varieties of mediterranean, continental and English breakfast too. Dinner usually consisted of three to four meals (at least one fish dish), salad bar and plenty of side dishes to choose. There were two soups on offer every evening and great choice of desserts (fresh fruit and ice cream too). Parking is offered by hotel in their garage (charged!), however spaces are limited so we parked outside in front of the hotel in the City of Opatija controlled parking for the same price as in hotel. Hotel does not' have its own beach but guests can use beach of the nearby hotel Kristal. Hotel has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, both filled with fresh sea water and indoor is heated too. Great hotel, nice rooms and great view from the balcony overlooking the sea. Good breakfast and the hotel had a great location. I recommend walking the path that passes by the hotel along the sea. Only minus is that the AC did not work properly, and even if it did you can only adjust it down 2 degrees, to get it colder you need to call the front desk. I tried a few times, but it just kept getting warmer.

La struttura ha tutte le camere fronte mare, la pulizia è buona, colazione e cena discreti, buon rapporto qualità prezzo... bagni troppo piccoli, qualità del sonno discreta!

Camera molto confortevole (una suite grazie ad upgrade) qualità del letto ottima! Colazione e cena nel complesso buoni! Bagno davvero piccolo! Area piscina con idromassaggi davvero gradevole, bel centro benessere! Purtroppo la Sauna Finlandese raggiungeva solo i 70°- molto lontana dalle temperature consigliate- 85/90°--- comunque nel complesso Buon Hotel!!!

Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Allerdings haben wir dieses Hotel gebucht, weil ein Innenpool , Whirlpool und Saunen angeboten wurden. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Pool und Whirlpool aus technischen Gründen nicht zu benützen sind. Wir haben es uns dann angeschaut und stellten fest, dass im Innenpool kein Tropfen Wasser war. Die Saunen waren in Betrieb, aber die Ruheräume waren ziemlich kühl. Ich glaube, es ist verständlich, dass wir mehr als enttäuscht waren.

Siisti ja hyväkuntoinen hotelli. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotellin ja rannan välissä kulkee rantakävelyreitti. Hotellin kohdalla pieni huvivenesatama. Huoneista osittainen merinäköala. Iso spa osasto sekä rannan tuntumassa ulkouima-allas aurinkotuoleineen. Ainakin lokakuun alkupuolella hyvä hinta/laatusuhde. Hyvä aamiainen.

Fantastische Lage direkt am Jachthafen und an der Lungomare, damit mitten im Zentrum. Personal an Rezeption, Bar, Restaurant sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück: alles, was man sich nur wünscht ist vorhanden.
