Sehr schönes kleines Hotel. Zimmer sind toll, mit direkten Blick aus Meer. Besser geht nicht. Frühstück war hervorragend. Lage ist sehr gut. Es ist super ruhig und zentral. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nur eine Sache wäre anzumerken. Die Stöpsel an der Whirlwanne und am Waschbecken waren defekt. Es wurde nach Anruf jedoch direkt eine Lösung gefunden. Sollte vielleicht regelmäßiger nach geschaut werden. Ansonsten kann ich dieses Hotel sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

I believe that Opatija is one of the finest hotels, and we were thoroughly pleased with everything. Beautiful room overlooking the sea, pleasant, friendly, and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, restaurant, and in the evening, one of the highlights of the seaside is the bar, where fantastic cocktails await the guests. As a potential downside, it could be mentioned that the bathroom and integrated toilet in the room are quite peculiar solutions. Also, the hotel doesn't have its own beach area, so you have to rent sunbeds at the nearby Lido Beach Club, which can be quite expensive. Overall, everything was superb, and we thank you!

Overall a great hotel, nice rooms, restaurant/ bar & all the staff were so pleasant. The views from the rooms are fantastic with a nice private terrace & sea view. The only negative I can give is that the Lido Beach club next door is not part of the hotel anymore & this is not clear. Costs €70 a day for 2 people to use & from our understanding this has changed this year so beware.

The property is great the staff is accomodating and the location is great but the practice of charging twice for a third person is really alarming. I booked this property with my wife and I along with my daughter on our vacation in Croatia. At all other hotels I never heard of such a policy. Even with booking the room with three people, we were charged an extra fee for a third person. I had the reservation with everyone listed but for some reason they placed a roll away bed in our room without asking us or us asking, on this trip we were asked at other hotels explaining there was a fee. My daughter didnt even use it. Upong check out we were charged for this roll away bed, again we didn't ask for it and they didn't ask us. I give positive feedback for the most part but this type of double charging is not normal and bad business practices.

This hotel is amazing, the view is priceless, the Dicor is amazing and the staff is extremely courteous. The area around the hotel is entertaining and very safe. This is a very cool boutique hotel with just 10 rooms. We were on the water with a huge balcony. Great waterfall shower.did not take a bath but it was very big and overlooked the water. We had a great view. The bed was very comfortable. You could get use to staying at a place like Thais.

The hotel itself is set in a beautiful location and has been wonderfully built. What let it down unfortunately was the service. It didn’t feel like we were staying in a 5* hotel due to the lack of basic amenities, such as: - the room was only cleaned once a day (no turn down service). I have never experienced this in any 5* hotels I have stayed at. It was frustrating as after a day in the sea or pool, we would come back to the room and shower and dirty the room and use the towels which weren’t then even replaced at a minimum - the sheets weren’t changed on a daily basis - the pool area felt completely detached from the hotel and if we wanted to purchase drinks at the poolside we would not be able to charge to the room so would have to bring our wallet and pay separately; we didn’t mind that the pool was open to external people, we just expected to feel well looked after being hotel guests - the staff at the pool were less than attentive, putting it nicely. We’d have to wait 20 minutes before someone came to serve us. - one morning the pool was completely drained and shut without any forewarning; very unprofessional and meant we couldn’t use the amenities a 5* hotel should have on one day of our stay. It was a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay but the above frustrations, which are really easily fixed and should be basic in any good hotel, sadly did really dampen our visit.
