The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living area. Adjacent to the living space, 1 bedroom is appointed with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shower room with WC serves this level.

The top floor hosts 2 further bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 120 to 230 cm, lending the space a charming and characterful atmosphere.
