«The place was exactly as advertised, and the living area was excellent for group socializing, spacious, comfortable, and well laid out. The location is also very convenient, really close to Blue Mountain, which made getting around easy. Peter was a fantastic host and always replied promptly. Any concerns we raised were addressed quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay again.»

«Check in process could have been smoother. Wrong number listed resulting in some legwork to get the front door code, which was supposed to be provided 48hrs prior to check-in. No candles allowed and this is not listed in the house rules letter. A little annoyed with that as candles are pretty harmless. Room was very clean. Parking is free which is great. Site is close to a lot of things. We would stay here again. This specific room is meant (and perfect) for a couple.»

«There were mice droppings everywhere. In the cabinets, in the utensil drawer, all over. This is a serious health and safety issue and we worried about getting sick. We had to wash all the dishes before using anything. There were holes in the wall, unrelated to the mice it seems (too high up the wall). I would not let any other guests book this chalet until this matter is resolved. "Clean and nice rooms. Excellent view on higher floors and great central location in downtown Toronto. Nice snack bar in the lobby, convenient if hungry or thirty. The room gets two free bottles of water per day. The breakfast is really nice, but also super busy as it's a big hotel. "
