"We had a room with view towards the monorail, really pretty! Room was at the 12th floor and was very nice. The spa is lovely. Easy access to this hotel with bus or monorail from the airport. Stay here if you can!"

"The hotel is lovely, modern and clean. There is an amazing rooftop restaurant and pool at the annex with a view. And the hotel restaurant in the hotel tower is some of the best food we’ve eaten during our 4 weeks in Japan. Would love to stay here again. The only down side is there is no kids pool area so the pool area is quite crowded with kids and loud for those without kids. "

"From check in there was a big line of people waiting with only three counters to check in. We waited for 40 minutes before we could check in. Would recommend allocating some people for check in at 14 o clock as the hotel looks very well staffed but not at check in time. The rooms are old and wore out, they unfortunately smell like smoke even tho it’s non smoking. The beach is nice but there is lack of maintenance and cleaning. You had to pay for using the chairs and parasols even if you were a guest at the hotel. The gym is small and you even have to pay to use it. The breakfast buffet is huge and therefore quite loud with a lot of people at once. You can sit outside but they have placed a big jumping castle there for kids so it’s also noisy there. All over quite disappointing hotel for the price there asking. We went to the neighboring hotel to use there beach facilities which was vastly better. "

"Nest hotell Naha er moderne og fint, med en luftig og innbydende lobby. Rommene er helt på det jevne. Litt harde senger, men komfortabelt sengetøy. Badet er stort og med godt trykk i dusjen. Forutenom frokost og et selvvaskeri er det ingen tjenester på hotellet. Det kunne vært vasket bedre i ventilasjonsanlegget og knagger på badet og på rommet hadde vært en fordel. Utenom det er det ingenting å klage på og et bra lokalisert hotell med ok frokost. "

Dining was a highlight – especially the 10-course meal at Shiroux, where service paused so we could watch the sunset. Breakfast at House Without a Key offered an amazing selection of top-quality dishes and fresh juices. We loved the adults-only infinity pool and the luxurious spa with onsen and deep tissue massage – one of the best we’ve had. Every detail was flawless. We’re already planning to return for our anniversary."
