«客室、ロビーともに清潔で気持ちがよかったです。スタッフの方とコンタクトがあったのは、チェックイン、ツアー、朝食の3回で全員担当者さんが違いましたがコミュニケーションが取りやすく距離感が適度で心地よかったです。商店街を利用してほしいとのメッセージをお聞きしたときに、ただ宿として存在しているのではなく、周囲の町と一緒にあるコンセプトの芯が通っていると感じました。»

«Amazing property. Very clean room with amazing service.»

«Me and my partner missed the shinkansen and the bus that was going to take us to the hotel, so we got even more behind our schedule of our check-in time. We told the staff beforehand and apologized, they were extremely understanding of our situation. When we got there, we were welcomed with warm smiles and helpful information of our accomodation and they even gave us some snacks after our long travel. »

«It was great!»

«The room felt spacious relative to other hotels we visited in Japan, and everything was clean. They supplied all the standard amenities for our stay. The only drawback was the lack of daily room cleaning and a laundry room; however, they replaced our towels everyday, and also shared details about a laundromat three minutes away from the hotel. The staff were very kind and assisted with forwarding our luggage to our next stop.»

«great location, wonderful house, japanese traditonal style»

«Nice location if someone like to be a bit out of the overcrowded turist area, but not too far. Very clean rooms and helpful staff.»

«Lite sjarmerende hotell i Japansk stil.

A localização deixa um pouco a desejar, meio afastado. O horários do check in a partir das 16hs e principalmente o de check out as 10 hs ,me desagradou.»

«This was one of our favourite places to stay on our trip. It really was more like a studio apartment vs. a hotel. It’s in a quiet area, but really easy to get to where you want to go by walking. The room was really large and it was nice to have in suite laundry. The bathroom was also massive, which was a nice change and there was a separate shower area. It’s self check-in and there’s a secure place you can leave your luggage at check-out if you’re not travelling hntil later in the day. We had ...

«It was a cute boutique hotel and staff was very friendly. My only issue was the size of the room - I know Japanese hotels can be smaller - but this one has literally only space to walk at the foot of the bed - which touched both sides of the wall.»

«Excellent service by the hotel during our stay. Highly recommend »

«Rent, vennlig, sentralt»

«Steal of a deal for this spacious room. Hotel was spotless. Location was great as well.»

«We were immediately greeted by the warm and smiling staff of this sweet hotel right in the historic Gion district. We loved our large room and the heated floors in our bathroom. We had breakfast each morning that was delicious and ate dinner on our last night there which was out of this world!!! I’m so happy we stayed here.»
