«Rented 2 rooms for a 3 day stay. One room was missing a trash can, the microwave that was stated in the description that came with the room, and a towel bar near the tub. It wasn't a big deal, the other room we rented had all of these, so we shared a microwave and hung the towels on the hook on the bathroom door. «The staff were super sweet and helpful. We had an issue with the card reader running low on battery. When we went back downstairs to let them know, the lady came upstairs with us after reassigning the card to the room and seeing up cards to another room just in case. The card reader was in fact dead and instead of having to go downstairs again, we were able to get in the next room with no hassle. This hotel is in such a great area. «Clean row, however very basic with no bedside lamps, clock or water bottles.
Bathroom amenities did not include hand lotion.
In the past, when we have stayed at this hotel, there were more amenities within the room. Not sure what has happened.»
