«The property is very new, warm, comfortable and clean. It has everything you need. It was so nice to be able to bring our 2 well behaved dogs. Only thing is our smaller dog possibly could have escaped through a gap where the wooden gate is on the deck. We brought a crate with us and set it up along the gate/deck so it wasnt a problem. I was able to create some yummy meals in the fully equipped kitchen. A lovely place to stay for a winter getaway.»

«Difficult to make contact with host.Access delayed for 1 hour.The whole place was filthy.Windows haven’t been cleaned for a very long time.Glasses and cups/mugs stained and showing fingerprints.Cutlery also.Vinyl floors sticky and unwashed.Entry ranchslider difficult to operate.Carpet appears to not have been cleaned for some time.Toilet didn’t flush properly.Had to pour water into bowl to clear it.»

«Great view and excellent lighting. We had lots of space to enjoy the company of the whole family and cook meals together. The appliances are excellent. Taking a bath outdoors with a glass of wine and the New Zealand birds was a highlight for us.»
